I didn't expect such good sound from such a small unit. We moved it from the kitchen to a section of the dining area/living room (apartment) and the sound did not get lost in the space. (disclaimer--you can't blast the sound in an apartment). Vast array of streaming choices and easy to set up. We also have one in the bedroom.

not a big enough sound to stand alone for a tall ceiling room. 2 of them seem to work well with a play5. the separate volume option works well

Bought two of these for my son-in-law. Loves them. Very easy for him to set up and now my daughter doesn't have to go look at the Sonos display every time they are in Best Buy. So, she is very happy too. They have on in the kitchen and the other in the bed room. They say the sound more than fills their modest 1400 sq/ft home.

The speaker is great. Bought a second one to use outside to keep the music playing inside and out when having visitors. Can sync and play the same music or different selections on both with different volumes if desired all from your phone. Others can log into your wifi and change up the play list as well. Great product.

I bought this to go with my other Sonos products so we can stream music in our 3-season porch. It sounds great, it's easy to use, and it just works. I've had issues with other streaming devices (Sony HAP-S1, I'm looking at you) and this was a breath of fresh air.

I used to be a Bose user not until Sonos came around, superb sound quality with wireless connections, design is sleek and very classy. I initially had the playbar and sub so I added a pair of this Play1 to make it a 5.1 surround system and the result is, just need a Popcorn with melted butter n Soda and call it a movie night

Challenging to set up initially. Some times the speaker stops playing when I’m using Alexa but I just run it back on. The sound quality is amazing. The look is modern and looks great in my professional office. I just wish the selection and pairing with pandora and Alexa and Sonos would be better

Sonos makes a terrific product. It is easy to set up and works flawlessly. I have installed a series of Play 1 speakers in my home and have been extremely impressed with the sound quality and versatility. In larger rooms you can pair two Play 1’s for true stereo sound. Highly recommended.

I have one sonos upstairs and one downstairs. I love being able to go anywhere in my home and have high quality synchronized music.

My wife purchased a Sono 1 speaker for our anniversary. I've been wanting these speakers for several years. This speaker gives great sound and sets up so easily with app for your phone. By purchasing this speaker i can expand at my pace and build my surround-sound for home theatre. Over Christmas we saved $25.00 with sale.

This is my first (but not my last) Sonos product. I will definitely be buying more these. There are a lot of things that Sonos could've done better, however the flaws are easily overlooked by the ease-of-use and sound quality. There are a lot of reviews that I have read that's speak to initial quality, I did not run into these problems not to say that I won't but as of this review I have not. I am looking forward to buying a few more Sonos products in being able to use them in zones. After I have purchased a few more Sonos products I will definitely make another review. But as for my Sonos one purchase I have been thoroughly enjoying it.

This is probably the easiest review I wrote yet. You get what you pay for. It's built well. No question the sound quality is fantastic. It's easy to set up and operate. Plain and simple. It works and it works well. I've purchased several and plan to add more. And don't let the entry level model deter you. It packs a punch.

We started with one of these speakers and it produces great sound. Plan to get more for other rooms in the house.

Sonos one is an excellent sound system that can intergrade with other products. The sonos app is so easy to use.
