Sonos sound is incredible. Easy setup. App controller works great.

Purchased this speaker for my living room to play background music when I have guests over. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality and the throw the speaker has, it really covers the room! The application set-up was super easy too! I plan on buying more for the whole house soon.

This was bought to expand my Sonos system into other rooms. The Sonos speakers sound great. I now have them in almost every room. As impressive as the sound is the interface. The app works great. You can group all speakers to play the same music in every room, or each speaker can play something different. It makes for a nice whole home sound system.

I've used Sonos products for years and enjoy the great sound and versatility of accessing a number of music services. I bought this for my sister-in-law to use in her one bedroom apartment. She can easily move it from room to room and carry her music with her. If she leaves it in her main living space it fills the room with sound. She loves it.

The sound is amazing! The device is super easy to set up and easily integrates with any existing sonos devices. Sonos is great because you can slowly build your system over time as opposed to taking the hit all at once and it is a good thing because this stuff does not come cheap! Price is my only complaint but then again, you get what you pay for.

I am have little patience for audio equipment that produces low quality music. These small Sonos speakers are remarkably true across the sound spectrum given their size and cost. Rich, but not overpowering bass and clean high frequencies as well, so that the sound quality shows through whether I'm listening to classical music, jazz, R&B or country. And set-up is quick, easy and intuitive. One small thing: While one can use Spotify and many other subscription music services within the Sonos environment, the Sonos interface with these services is relatively limited and less user-friendly. I look forward to a time when the folks from Sonos can either offer the same interface delivered directly by the services or vastly improve their own offerings..

I love SONOS, I continue to grow my home with their products. My favorite feature is that you can play different music in different areas at the same time. My son plays his music in his room while I am in the kitchen listening to mine. Easy to set up. I also like that you can start small and grow by adding speakers as you can afford to buy them.

I purchased this little guy for the lobby of my office in hopes to get my Bose speaker back that I had loaned to the office. I have to say this thing is very nice, compact, great sound quality, comes with a great dashboard for the computer that makes it super easy to use. I was VERY impressed and will be purchasing more from SONO! Great purchase!

This Sonos Play 1 has an amazing sound for a small speaker. More bass than I expected, and no distortion even at high volume. I have one in my living room and one in my office. The Sonos system is killer--ridiculously easy to set up, includes access to tons of music services, and plays my own music collection off my NAS drive. Highly recommended.

i already have various Sonos components throughout the house, but needed one for my office. The Play 1 was the perfect size - after some research I saw it was better to buy two Play 1 and have them setup as a stereo pair rather than buying a single Play 3. Sounds amazing!

these speakers are great ! small but powerful and offer a great dimmension to the sound system. I love that you can put them anywhere and reconfigurate your sound system at anytime

The Sonos Play 1 is an amazing technological achievement! Easy to set up and with clear instructions. We added the Play 1 to our Play 3 and our house is full of music. Great to use while entertaining... just press play on your computer or other device that stores your digital music library and spend the rest of the evening with your guests.

These speakers are easy to set up and have excellent sound. They have decent base even without a sub. I paired two Play 1's together and am really pleased. I plan to add more speakers going forward.

Sonos changed my life. We have a speaker in every room and the music is always on. It makes us feel good, it's relaxing, we dance, we romance, whatever but I would recommend this system to anyone who loves music. I truly love Sonos.. It is the best system around.

This unit is a great addition to any room in your house. Small and sleek enough to fit into any room and will really fill the room with great sound. I even have one outside under a patio cover and it has performed flawlessly. Bought them on sale for $150 which really secured the 5 star rating for me.

This is my eighth Sonos speaker. I also have Play 5s, the sound bar, and more Play 3s. The sound is not quite as good or loud as the 5, but is really good. The set up could not be easier. Mom has several of these in her house, and she finds the app very easy to use too.

Sound is great. Love the ability to control from my smartphone. I think the Play 1 speakers sound better than the Play 3 speakers. I compared both speakers in many of the rooms of my house. In large rooms i used two Play 1 speakers to keep the sound consistent.

Pros: * No bluetooth. The speakers easily connect to wi-fi and will play music independent of bluetooth and your mobile device. Batteries are happy. * Apps on most mobile and desktop devices have a wonderful interface that makes controlling the speaker a snap. * The attractive speakers only have three buttons that are conveniently placed, but do not disrupt the good looks. There is a volume up, volume down, and a pause/play button. What I love is that if you silence your speakers when leaving the house with the pause/play button, hitting the button when you return home will pickup wherever you left off. * The supply of internet radio stations seems to be endless. * Multiple Play 1 speakers can play independent of each other or can be easily grouped so that they are all playing the same thing in sync. Cautions: * While the speaker will play independent of your devices, the Sonos app on your device is needed to manage the Speaker (searching for stations, grouping speakers, adjusting bass and treble, etc.). Be sure you have a device compatible to use the Sonos app. Without the app, the speaker cannot be used. I love this speaker!
