I already had a sonos 5 in tje LR and wanted a sonos 1 for my bedroom. Great speaker for the money especially when compared to smaller or similar Bluetooth speakers. The sound of this little speaker is crisp and natural. Good bass for its size. And the wifi interconnectivity is really cool. I'm sold on it.

i can't believe how much sound comes out of this. i purchased one to put in the master bedroom to complete my sonos ecosystem and i was so impressed - i couldn't resist and got a second one to complete the stereo pair. they sound great for the size, and you can't beat the sonos ease of use for streaming.

I was looking for some speakers they could play simultaneously for a party in my house. The sales associate recommended these, and I love them. They are very easy to setup, and very clear as well. A little pricey, but overall worth it.

I'm a sound designer and I've heard my share of speakers. But when I listen to the music coming from my Sonos Play:1 wireless speakers, I was blown away by the sound quality of them. And the easy setup and smooth operation of my Sonos wireless system is very impressive...

I bought two Sonos 1's along with a Playbar to create a surround system for my TV without having wires running all over the place. I read lots of reviews etc. as let's face it, the Sonos kit doesn't come cheap. I honestly can't say too much about the Sonos 1's. They work extremely well as rear surrounds with the Playbar, but the sound quality of the system I have created just blows my mind with it's warmth and depth and instrument detail that I haven't heard in... 30 years from a NAD amp and speakers (dunno if NAD made it to the US, but are a good niche brand in the UK). So yeah, like the Playbar review I just posted, to quote Pulp Fiction "You'll know where the extra money went" with the Sonos kit. Note, as I am an apartment dweller I didn't get the Sonos Subwoofer to round off the 5.1 setup and in this relatively small space, the 1's and Playbar don't need any extra bass... unless you really hate your neighbors!

I can’t say enough about Sonos! Easy to set up, easy to use, great sound. There is no better value in the market in my opinion. I own 5 play:1’s and a play:3 and couldn’t be happier. I bought my first pair Dec of 2015 and they sound as good today as the day I bought them.

Great sound from a small speaker. I installed this speaker in the master bedroom and set up was very easy with my existing system. Only downside is the price.

Sonos > Bose. I absolutely love the sound quality and easy use of the Sonos speakers. I now own several speakers and love to pair them for seamless music as I move from room to room in my apartment. The controls are easy to use and intuitive. I am a Sonos fan for life!

I purchased the Sonos to replace my old Squeezebox that died. This unit sounds great and is easy to setup and use. High quality. I just wish there was a button on the unit so you could fast forward pandora, etc to the next song.

The set up was pretty easy. Love that I can move the speakers around easily any where within my wifi reach and no wires. The sound is great and easy to control with my phone or computer. Although to change the volume you have to have your phone and it does take a few seconds to start up the app.

Bought this with the Playbar and 2 Play1 speakers. Whole system is great! We use it as a home stereo and then as a surround sound to watch movies. The speaker has great sound and is wireless. bought the Sansa stands and they are very well thought out and well built

We had already set up a Sonos system in our house andike it so much we wanted to add speakers to additional rooms. These provide great sound quality and are super easy to set up and install. We use our iPhone apps to select music from a wide variety of sources (NPR, Amazon, iheartradio, etc.)

I originally bought the sound bar and was amazed at how good it sounded. A couple months later I bought 2 of these to complete the surround sound experience. At first I was disappointed, because they were not that loud, finally I figured out that they are in ambient surround sound mode, changed it to full and they sound absolutely amazing. Whether playing music or watching a movie, these speaker enhance the sound bar and create a loud full sound when property setup. Hope this help with anyone that may think they are not loud enough, you can also set the loudness of the back to speakers when they are setup as a surround sound system with the bar.

I'm a long long time Sonos user and have never bought their speakers. I needed something for a 18x12 room. This little puppy is perfect! Look it's not a massive sound but for a room to play darts and have drinks it's perfect. The sound is much richer than I expected. Super easy set up too!

The speaker provides good sound quality and is very easy to install. Nice controller app for both computer and smartphones that has the ability to independently (and easily) control each speaker on the network (play different music on each speaker and adjust the volume of each speaker).

I was thinking about buying a Bose Bluetooth Speaker but I saw the Sonos Speaker and I'm glad I brought it! Great sound in such a compact speaker! And I also like that I can expand to the bigger speakers. This is the best speaker I've ever brought! I'm really glad I got this speaker!

Great sound, easy operation, and easy setup. Excellent sound quality for the size of the speaker. You can buy a second one and use them as a stereo pair. Sonos is still the leader is high quality wireless speaker systems

The sonos Play 1 speakers produces a great sound and was easy to setup. I had some complication at first, but the customer service rep at Sonos was a great help. Talking with the Best Buy workers was a complete waste of time because they had no idea what they were talking about.

I have been eying Sonos for over three years. I tired all kinds of other Wireless/Bluetooth Speakers and Home Theater setup. Finally I gave in and spend the extra $$$. Wow what a difference! I guess it is true, "you get what you pay for" and this Sonos System is excellent. My Setup: Livingroom: Base, Soundbar, 2x Play1 and an extra Play1 in the bedroom. PS: Play1 sounds just as good if not better then Play3. Last but not least, I ran into a few issues when I upgraded my Wireless Access Points (Wireless Router) and had to reconnect my Sonos System. I would highly recommend having a good and solid wireless network in place before you get a new Sonos Speaker. BTW, if you have a good Wifi Network there is not need for a Sonos Bridge - safes you a few bucks.

This speaker is awesome. Great crisp and bass sound. Perfect for a kitchen speaker. I'm pretty sure they would sound good with other ones to complete a theater system. Just wish sonos would offer coupons or some kind of discount for owners. They are a little pricy but defiantly worth it.
