I love my Sonos system and the Play 1 is a great addition to my collection. I have this one in my bedroom. The sound fills the room and is very crisp. The bass response is impressive for such a little speaker. Overall, I would recommend this speaker to fill a small to medium sized room.

Sonos Play 1's are the best way to invest in a wireless setup, without costing thousands initially. They sound great, and very easy to setup. With the ability to control the devices from an iPhone, iPad, or even Android devices, the entire family can add music to their liking. Pair this with a Spotify account, and you are truly able to enjoy wireless music at your fingertips! I bought 4 total to use throughout the house, and even paired 2 of them for stereo separation (easy to set that up too!). Get them, you won't regret it!

Purchased for it's portability, tolerance for humidity and sound capabilities. Have used it for 1 mo. now and it is meeting all of the above. It is placed in the kitchen which is near the patio so we can easily move it out there in the summer to bring ambience to the outdoor gathering.

The design is simple and functional, but is getting a little long in the tooth compared to the beautiful new Play:5. We have this in our bathroom (it's apparently moisture-resistant), and it's been a great addition. Easy Sonos set-up and sound quality is good for the price.

We got this speaker to be able to add sound to a room with no wired speakers. It was easy to set up and tie into our home network. We use it a lot to play music from Pandora. The sound is great. Would recommend this to anyone oh wants a speaker that can be moved from room to room.

We wanted to be able to listen to Pandora in our front or backyard or in the living room and didn't want to have to have wires and cords all over. This speaker gives us the flexibility we wanted because is wireless and the sound is awesome. We are really happy with this speaker.

I was very hesitant on purchasing wireless speakers due to they were going to be outside, but these are the best quality and sound I have ever heard. I origanlly bough 4 for the backyard and after installing 2 of them I put the other 2 in my room. And very easy to hook up.

The sound that this small speaker puts out is great. It fills any size room nicely and tucks away unobtrusively. The Android phone app has a minor glitch that causes a disconnection from the system. However, I have found that a restart of the phone corrects the issue. Other than that glitch, I would have given this a 5. Definitely delivers where it counts and I will be expanding my system with more speakers in the future.

Great speakers, easy set-up, and easy to move around to wherever you want music. I keep one in the family room and one in the living room, a third is used on the patio when we entertain and moved to my workshop the rest of the time. Great sound from such small speakers.

Simply stunning sound for this midrange speaker. Love the modular approach to expanding the Sonos network in the home. Love the easy install and configuration. I plan to purchase at least four more of these to add to the two I already have and the PlayBar. I am a Sonosphile!

Great sound, great system. Can have trouble with wireless bandwidth, and no in-app reset system. You'll have to reset entire wi-fi system if you run in to problems. In 8 months I've only had to troubleshoot once. Insanely easy setup. Great overall product, best in the biz!

We have purchased several of these for various rooms in the house. The sound quality is incredible for such a small unit. Love the ability to sink of the units together or play separate playlists on each unit

For a small room this speaker fills the room with wonderful sound. Plus it's small and portable and can be moved from room to room with no effort and it quickly jumps on the Sonos network. I love this little speaker and i highly recommend it as a great starter system.

This Sonos 1is a must have for any Sonos theatre sound system. It turned my living room into a theatre. Great full sound with music and realistic explosions with movies. Perfect surround sound experience and easy to setup. Go get you one now!

a bit pricy but once you have a few of these, you can't use a different speaker system. sonos is the pioneer in smart speakers system

Not to hard to configure. I have Amazon Prime Music, SiriusXM, IHeart Radio and my home music (Windows share) configured and everything works and sounds great. Would recommend this anyone for music at home . Great sound from a small speaker

I like the portability of the Sonos system. An additional plus is that I don't have a jumble of wires in one place. Additionally, I can place speakers in multiple rooms and group them so that the sound can be heard through the entire house.

Sonos products really are top notch. I bought 2 Play1 speakers to add to tv sound bar so I could have surround sound with tv and also so I could have great speakers to play music through. Simple to set up and connect and sound is awesome.
