Sounds great and easy to install. I have more in other rooms

I’ve really enjoyed my new Sonos speakers. They have good sound quality and were very easy to set up. I just wish they could access my iTunes library to use my existing playlists.

Booted right up onto my system. Great sound and volume

Started with Controller and 2 Play 1 in separate rooms. Now have 3 Play 1s and 2 Play 3s. The Play 1s in mono mode sound slightly muddy to me. When paired as stereo they sound great. The Play 3s sound great either stereo stand alone, and even better when paired for stereo. Will be installing many of these in my new home. Originally the Windows software was very buggy and froze the computer, but haven't had a glitch in the past 3 weeks. The app on iPad is not as intuitive as it could be and is still a little buggy. Occationally play back will stutter, have tracked down why I am in a fairly quite wireless zone. Overall very pleased, and definately planning on more for the new hose. The four star rating is because of the software.

The play:1 Sonos speaker is exactly what I was looking for to enable whole home superior quality audio, without the hassle of running wires throughout the house. One play:1 unit was sufficient to fill my large living room with sound. I will certainly consider purchasing additional Sonos components for home theatre and/or to add sound to other rooms.

We purchased the Playbar along with 2 Play:1 speakers and are so satisfied. The music from the smaller speakers is wireless, portable, and great quality. The app is very user-friendly and easy to learn. You can even set it to wake you up with an alarm, play radio, or streaming music, everything. Great purchase if you're headed in the Sonos system direction.

Set up interface was very easy to use. Excellent sound quality.

I have several of these speakers throughout my house. They have great sound and are easily hidden, if you prefer. They can also provide a nice full room sound with placing a couple of them in opposite corners. Also, the control app on my device makes it very easy to listen to one, two or all of my speakers at the same time or listen to each one separately in the different rooms.

If you are looking for entry level speakers to fill a small room (200 sq feet or less) then grab a pair of these. Easy to set up and great range even at low volume. I will be getting a pair of play 5s for the living room. You will not be disappointed, and more than likely you will add on more Sonos products in the future!
