Chose this speaker to give my son for his birthday because he already had one and wanted another for another room.

My first wifi speaker, wanted something that doesn’t require pairing all the time. First, the pros Obviously, no need to pair every time. Sound is amazing for the price point. Can add multiple stations, create bridges, and set up 2.1 up to 7.1 surround sound. Cons. To create any aforementioned surround sound will require a hefty investment. The app is a little buggy and there are lots of features that are ‘unavailable at this time’. Another annoyance, before you can get any sort of playback an account is required. I always hated that about iPods but this is worse. There is no input jacks of any kind.

What I like about these speakers is the versatility. I have one in every room, and in the larger rooms, I have two to create a great stereo pair. They are extremely easy to set up and using the app, you can stream all of your favorite music. You can also play different music on each one, should you ever want to.

The best sound and ease of use for any speaker setup.

I really like these speakers. We went with Sonos because we wanted to set up a whole house network of speakers to use with our TV and to play music throughout the house. They are very easy to set. Sound quality is very good. I only wish they had Apple Air Play. They are removing the ability to select On this IPhone to play music. The Play1 speakers don't have Apple Air Play so I would have to use a streaming service going forward. I bought three of these speakers so I am very disappointed. Going forward I will buy the Sonos One speakers instead.

Easy to install and has great sound! Small and compact.

Have play 3, play 1 (x3), playbar and a play 5. I love the sonos system. Can't recommend enough. wish they did outdoor speakers.

Bought this for my wife, who can be difficult to buy for. She LOVES this speaker. It was very easy to set up and teach her how to use.

Previsouly had purchased the soundbar and subwoofer from Sonus. Waiting on these to go on special and happy I did as these little guys have powerful sound. Great highs and utilizing the Sonus app is just the best thing since sliced bread. Much more versatile and more cost effective compared against Bose and other competitors.

Already had one Sonos Play 1 set up in my living room. I had been very impressed on the sound quality and now have added a second Sonos Play 1 for better stereo sound and option the to move it to other rooms in my house Sonos offers many music streaming choices. Highly recommended!
