Well like most people, started off with 1 and in no time had 4 plus a sub and Playbar. Can't wait to get a 3 or a 5 later on. Sounds great, especially with the sub. I love the ability to control each speakers volume from my phone as well as play different audio on each. Pricey, but worth the investment.

Sonos system is one of the best purchases that makes me happy every time I I use it. For surround sound system, I got one playbar, two sonos play1 and subwoofer. I replaced my old Bose System with a Sonos setup and I am very pleased. I also have the Play:1 speakers in other rooms of the house.

This is one of the best portable speakers that I've ever purchased. It was so simple to connect to the network and the fact that you can use any device with the SONOS app is incredible. I'm probably going to purchase the Play 5 speaker and an additional Play 1 Speaker for other rooms in the house.

I wasn't sure if these would sound that much better than my Bose Sound-link mini and it isn't even close, these rock for their size. I'll be adding more but the Play 3 or 5 for a bigger room with a little fuller sound. These are great for bedrooms or a smaller living area but definitely worth the money.

I already had the Play 3 speaker and wanted a smaller one to put in another room and use together with our main speaker. They work so well together and can play different music or in sync making it really easy to have whatever music you need. Sound quality is great and the app is extremely easy to use.

I bought this Play 1 as an add on to an existing Sonos system as an additional speaker in a bedroom. I have 3's, 5's, sound bar, and sub and think that for the money the 1's give you the best sound and value. 3's are okay, but I would jump to 5's or stay with 1's if adding more. Most likely the latter.

I absolutely love it. Great sound and easy to set up.

I use the speaker and associated ipad app for streaming Pandora, YouTube music (had to get privately offered app..delay in sound/video, so only use for sound) and my digital music. The sound and functionality is great. This little speaker fills up a room with big sound. I'm thinking of getting a second one so I don't have to keep moving it from room to room. I wish I could use it to boost my tv sound, but you'd have to buy one of the more expensive speakers to be able to do that. I especially like the alarm feature, which still managed to work even after my ipad battery died.

I was initially concerned about the lack of Bluetooth but this speaker rocks. The wifi connection is way better than Bluetooth because my phone calls etc. don't interrupt the music and it's super easy to control each speaker individually or all together. I'm getting these speakers for my kids for Christmas.

I love sonos use it everyday all day. You can set it on timer to come on or off I wake up to it with my alarm and come home to it from work I put one in most every room of the house and my son loves to play his music on his. I just wish I could voice activate it but that's all

I’ve been thinking of installing surround sound in my house but when I learned and found out about Sonos I realized I didn’t need to spend all that money. It’s great that they can all be connected, play music in certain rooms or even have the volume different in the rooms.

I love this brand .... good sound ... normally Sony is my choise .. i love the bass and the product fits nicely into and around the living area

My husband and I are purchasing our complete Sonos system one set (or piece) at a time. The Sonos system is a wonderful sound system. Finding the Sonos Play 1 set on sell at Christmas was a plus. Can’t wait to get the next set. Eventually we will have our whole house outfitted with them.

Great product! Extremely pleased with performance and ease of installation. Great as a home theatre.

My son asked for the Sonos for his birthday. I wasn't that familiar with the product. He connected it to his phone and played music. The sound was amazing. He was so pleased with it he is considering buying one for his upstairs. I will also say that it was very easy to connect to his iPhone.

I have the whole house integrated with the SONOS system. I started with one, and I get it growing/adapting to the needs. It works perfectly, amazing sound, perfect synchronization, no delays. Total control of the music library with no wires. The one speaker is perfect for any small/medium room.

If you like music and have wifi setup in your home. You need to give Sonos a listen. This is the basic speaker but it sounds very nice and can be paired with another speaker of the same type and even a sub if you want to go all out. It isn't the very best sound you can buy, but it is very good and for the money a great buy. Caution, you can't easily mix and match Sonos speakers into stereo pairs, if you want to make a stereo pair get the same model. If you want the latest advanced features, like airplay, look at Sonos One instead.

This is a great speaker for compact spaces. Great buy!

Received one as a gift for my home office and bought the second one for the rec room. I use Amazon Prime music to stream music to both: classical in the office and classic rock in the rec room. Easy to set up and link to iPhone, iPad, and desktop. Great product by a great company. Highly recommended.

I added these to my Sonos soundbase so I could get Dolby 5.1 from my TV. They work perfectly and this setup is much easier to set up and use than a typical home theater system. It meets my needs and as these were on sale at Best Buy it was a great deal also. Haven't looked back since.
