We put this speaker in the kitchen which is across from the family room where the soundbar is. Made it easier to hear the TV when in the kitchen and we don't have to turn up the volume as loud.

I purchased 2 play 1 speakers for rears to compliment my Sonos sound bar and subwoofer. Easy setup with Sonos App. I can not fault these speakers, great sound, rear speaker volume can be controlled to enhance a true 5.1 surround sound.

For a room speaker is a good speaker. I moved mine to back speakers for surround sound with sonos playbar and sub. They are ok but I am going to move them to another room and replace with play 5's as back speakers

Great sound! The service is tops We have another system at another home and for 2 years, we have had very few problems! Whenever I call for help, they are competent and very courteous. They get the problem solved as well.

I tested the product at the store I was blown away by the quality, depth, and clarity of the speaker. I bought 2 of them and will slowly start to build my surround sound system using these 2 as my rear speakers.

Great sound. Set up is tricky. Follow the steps exactly. Had to return one that would not install. The replacement worked. Something with the speaker and I first thought it was me!

These are a MUST OWN for your home! You can play the music off your phone on them and it's so crystal clear. Love these speakers and I have to get more to put in other rooms in the house.

Bought a pair of these for my living room the sound when connected with the sub and bar are amazing the music is crystal clear. Had to go out and purchase a few extra ones for the other rooms in my house.

I love my Sonos. This is the fourth speaker I have placed throughout the house and can now go in any room upstairs or down, and hear continuous music. Great clarity and volume...but much isn't needed.

We placed these speakers in all of our upstairs bedrooms as well as our wine cellar. Everyone thinks there are multiple speakers in each room and they are flabbergasted when they find out it's just the Play 1.

Purchased 2 play 5s to start. I really like them for a bedroom... Then purchased 2 play 1s - few months later added the SUB. In my opinion the Play 1s in stereo pair sound better than a play 5 even without the SUB.

The quality sound from these speakers is the best I've heard. My only concern is that there have been times when the app doesn't recognize the speakers.

This speaker is the third SONOS I have purchased, I love it. Walking room to room with music in the background is fantastic. The app is the heart of this system controlling the speakers with seamless simplicity.

I had previously purchased the Sonos Playbar and SUB and needed rear speakers for true 5.1 surround sound. I debated whether to buy the Play3, but I am extremely happy with the clarity and performance of the Play1.

The Sonos Play 1 speaker packs a punch of sound. I already had on other Play 1, and when setting up my new speaker, I was able to utilize the stereo option. They sound great on my living room mantel!

The Sonos Play 1 speaker sounds absolutely great. Works even better when paired with other speakers. I use this as surround sound with another play 1 and a bar speaker.
