The speakers have a good sound. The install is very simple and they were working in a minute.

I originally bought this to see if it would be something that I could grow my entertainment system with. I quickly compared it to the HomePod and quickly realized that I had more controls available to me. I now struggle to determine if I want to use the HomePod or Sonos to play music. The only downside is that I should have bought the one with Alexa integration so I can tell it what to play. That and only that is the reason why I occasionally use the HomePod. I may be looking to sell my HomePod or place it somewhere in the house that the assistant portion would prove useful. I’ll be purchasing more Sonos equipment to expand my sound system in the near term.

Good sound quality. Not the best on the market but still good. Where SONOS really succeeds is in wireless control for multiple room listening. Far better than Bluetooth. Simply amazing. We use it everyday.

We purchased these speakers as added surround to go with a sound bar. They are excellent. We also have Play 3 speakers in other rooms and they provide richer sound on a stand alone basis than the Play 1's.

I bought 4 Sonos1 speakers for the first floor of my house (approx.: 1200 square feet). Speakers work/sound great. Can't wait to buy the bass box to go along with it. Highly recommend.

I've always wanted a SONOS but they seem to be a little pricey for my taste. This is a good option for the price with several features. I just found and couple of CONS, the first is that loading the list of music from my NAS the folders are always incomplete, even trying to update as recommended on their web page. The second is that it has no internal battery to be able to move it around. Overall I'm really happy with my SONOS.

Sound is great and I love that they sync so effortlessly with various devices and applications like Apple Music and Pandora. Perfect for parties to play synchronized music throughout the house

great sound, easy to set up. Wish it worked with Siri, but Apple does not play nice.

I got two to use as rears, as well as in another room/outside. Moving them around and re-configuring them in the system is fast and easy. the sound quality is great, even outside. the clarity is really amazing.

The sound that is produced through these speakers are unbelievable. It is so clear and the range of sound is fantastic. I love the fact that I can have one area of the house at a different volume than others.

I have several Sonos speakers in different sizes. They are awesome allowing for music all over the house, and different music in different rooms. Play music from any source on smart phone or device.

We had no idea that the Sonos speaker would be so powerful. We steam everything from Mozart to Jazz. The sound is remarkable, and it seems as if the musicians are playing live in our home.

Easy to setup and now includes all the major music services including Apple, Google, Amazon, Spotify, Pandora, and Tidal. You can sync two of these speakers to create left and right stero sound.

I have 2 of these & it by far sounds better than any speaker I have in my house.... both my sound bars (Bose & Samsung.) Very rich sounds!!!!!!

I am using two Play 1 speakers for the rear speakers in a 5.1 surround system. They sound great in that application. They lack low frequency response and are not as good for stand alone music speakers

I got a Sonos speaker when they first came out. I have four Play 5s, one Play 3 and 2 Play 1s in my house. Quality and Sound are superb. I control the whole system with my IPhone and the Sonos App.
