I purchased the sound bar and woofer. The sound was so GOOD that I decided to purchase two play 3s to complete the surround sound. Every body who looks at TV in the family turns their heads trying to figure out where sounds come from. It's funny. The system picks up sounds from movies and TV that you don't realize are there. The sound of the speakers is really GOOD! The app is the best. You can speakers to any room at any time to expand your listening experience. Look at me sounding like an advertisement...Lol! I just really like the system. I have 10 speakers from the play 1 - play 5 along with the bar and woofer. Whenever I see a open box I pick it up. I purchased these over a 2 year period. It's easy to hook up and connect speakers. They sound Great outside too! You can't go wrong with Sonos.

Additional speaker was added to Sonos system to enable listening on deck outside. Speaker is small and fits well in corner, but still has good sound quality. Fairly easy to connect to system, although more detailed instructions should be included. Basic instructions get you by, but more detail would have been nice.

Speakers work great, sound nice, and have a really easy setup process. Sonos functions really well and is extremely easy to use.

Sonos is great and works better than the cheaper stuff. I can move it from room to room and use my audio speakers to create surround sound for my tv.

I was a little hesitant to buy the SONOS system, since it is expensive and rarely does the product advertised live up to what it is supposed to do. Well the SONOS is an exception , it is a great system , greta sound quality, and the versatility of being able to play different music in every room, the wireless capability and all of the built in music apps are great!!!, will definitely be adding on more speakers ! super easy to set up too!!

After investing a small fourtune in Bose Soundtouch devices (4) and experiencing a number of connection problems requiring an almost daily reconnecting of my Soundtouch devices, I purchased a Sonos Play:1 to try it out. All I can say is WOW! The Sonos system is by far easier to connect and has stayed connected since I got it up and running. Basically, just turn it on, follow the Sonos App screen prompts and you are connected in a matter of seconds. Additionally, my Play:1 has stayed connected since day one and sounds great. The App offers far more streaming connectivity choices and also includes Bass, Treble and Sleep Timer controls that Bose hasn't yet figured out how to do. This speaker sounded so good that I purchased 2 additional Play:1 Speakers and a Sonos Sub so I can listen to a paired Stereo System with a Sub for total enjoyment. At this point, I have only one regret. I wish I had not wasted my money on my original BOSE purchases. That money would have been much better invested had I purchased Sonos in the beginning. I'd love to talk more about my Sonos speakers and system but I have Bose Soundtouch equipment to sell! Do yourself a favor, try out the Sonos App and system. You'll be glad you did!

Great sound, easy to add new components. App is very user friendly. I am waiting for an outdoor wireless, cordless one that I can put by the pool.

Added this speaker to an already existing sonos system to be able to bring music outdoors. Absolutrly thrilled with sound quality. So easy to use.

I love my Sonos speakers! I have them in many rooms and outside on our patio. The install was quick and easy. The direction clear and easy to understand. The Player 1 is a compact size with great sound. I like the small size because I have been able to conceal them nicely so that the sound fills the room. I keep adding to our Sonos system and love it! Definitely recommend it!

This is the best wireless system I have found. Easy to use, easy to setup, and move around the house.

This is my third Sonos device. They sound great and I am able to control them via my iPhone. We can have the music we want in any room of the house.

Great speaker with easy set up. I use two Sonos 1s in my home, . . . one on a loft ledge and one in a lower level bonus room. The sound is completely in sync and sounds great. I also used a Sonos Connect to use them with the speakers attached to my receiver. Within seconds I can pull up a song on my phone and have it playing throughout my house.

I initially bought one speaker as a trial and now have 4, best in class sound and easy set up makes buying this a no brainier!

Bought two play 1's to go with the Sonos playbar. Really love the souround sound and the easy set up. Love all the online music I'm able to access.

This is my sixth Sonos speaker. I have 3 Play:1's and 3 Play:3's. They are all excellent units with great bass, mid and treble ranges. This one is a Play:1 that I am giving as a gift. Do Not confuse these with BluTooth speakers. They will blow away any of those. The Sonos program and mobile apps make accessing your complete library as well as Pandora, Slacker, Google Play, Sirius and many other apps very easy. You won't be disappointed.

Phenomenonal sound from a tiny speaker. The sound quality is amazing, the speakers look cool and are small enough to set on my kitchen counter, mantle, or bathroom counter. Easily portable, easy to pair with additional Sonos speakers and super easy to rearrange listening groups so we can listen to different music in different parts of the house.

I used SONOS to outfit my home addition a few years ago and have continually explored competing products from the other manufacturers. None can touch the combined ease of use, sound quality and aesthetic design of SONOS. The PLAY:1 sounds MUCH bigger than it's coffee can size. This stuff just works and everyone in the house is able to use it without a lot of hand-holding.

The Play 1 is my first foray into the Sonos ecosystem. The two things that I think that makes them so good are 1) software design (they require using their free app) and 2) these streaming speakers are tonally excellent. I'm not an audiophile nor an engineer, but to my ears it sounds to me as if the digital signal processor controls the low end as the volume is increased so that the bass doesn't overtake the mid-to-high frequencies. You will experience some distortion as the volume is cranked up to very high levels (or if nothing else, not a balanced tonal sound), which is to be expected with a woofer this small. That said, at reasonable listing levels, the low end presence is right there and relatively tight without being overly emphasized. In my view, its the tonal balance that they strike in such a small package which makes them so enjoyable for hours of listening and design-wise they aren't so bad either. I'm considering adding another one in order to pair them. They are not inexpensive, but keep in mind that your also getting a user friendly app that took many years to develop and improve.

I love my speakers and would recommend them to everyone. They are compact, hook up to the internet and provide amazing sound.

This is our second Sonos and we love how easy it s to use. The sound is great and controlling from my cell phone is awesome.
