This was my second sonos purchase expanding the zones in my house. Setup up was easy, controlling the system from my phone. The sounds is absolutely great! Deep, full lows and crisp highs make music and tv come alive!

These are easy to setup, easy to pair with other speakers and they sound great.

Set up was a little involved getting it connected to the app and our Wi-Fi network probably because this was a floor model and had been activated before. Once we got it figured out, the sound it produced was good. We are still figuring out how to calibrate it for best sound as it didn't produce any sound during that process. We'll go back and figure it out.

Bought 2 of these for a 3000 sqft office building. Great sound quality. East to use.

Love the idea of moving this little speaker around the house as needed. It can be plugged into a typical outlet and then gets its signal wirelessly with our Sonos whole house system. I can move this about the house if we are having a party or find we need it here or there on any given occasion. Unlike box speakers from days gone by, one speaker can stand alone and do the whole job. Handy to have!

The sound is great, set up easy, and just the right size to hide in a corner but even though hid, you know it is there when you hear the footsteps or the wind blow behind you. Helps make watching a movie a true experience.

For $200 you won't find a better speaker... Small but powerful and if paid with another play1 for stereo L+R even better tuned... I have become addicted to these Sonos speakers and a week after buying my first play1 I'm already with 3 Play1+ play3 + Play5 so I mean it's an expensive set up but you can built over time and put linked audio with easy control throughout your entire house

The Play:1 produces very good sound. We use it in our home office, so the compact footprint was a real plus. Because it is so small, the sound does not compare to the Play:3 or Play:5. For the office is it more than enough. Setup was a breeze and the unit disappears in the room. With 3 Sonos units we have music in the places in the house where we like to listen. The 3 interface seamlessly and can be used together or separately. We find we are enjoying our music collection much more because it is so easy to listen to it.

I've been holding off on getting on the Sonos bandwagon, but I was bored one weekend and wanted to add some speakers in our condo so we could hear music in any/every room. The speakers are super easy to setup and the app interface is easy to use allowing for you to play the same music throughout your house or different music in each room where there is a Sonos speaker. No cabling needed through the walls or Ethernet cable connected to the speakers (except it helps to have it next to your router on initial setup), all you need is power to each speaker where they will finally be placed in your house. You'll need a decent WiFi connection where your speaker is to stream the music too. Great quality for such a small speaker too. What are you waiting for? Go get yours!

Product has exceptional sound quality, it truly learns the more you use it with sound adjustments based on the room size. Bass is nice, Sonos app is very easy to use and works great overall. There are a couple downsides to the speaker... 1. No AUX input or Bluetooth 2. It has to be connected to WiFi at all times to work 3. You have to use Sonos app on your phone for you to play music 4. Not portable (WiFi play only) Moreover, product is great for the 200$ price tag, well worth it!

This is such an easy system to set-up and easy to use. Integrates iTunes, apple music, Amazon Music and just about every streaming app. The sound is amazing for a small speaker and is even better with the subwoofer.

If you want high quality music throughout your home, this is the product. The small speakers put out amazing sound for their size. You can control the entire system from your smartphone and/or computer. You must have a home wireless network for it to work. Each speaker has to be plugged into 110V power. Your music choices are what is on your computer or phone, and many internet radio stations that are programmed into the system. This includes Pandora and local stations. If you want to play CD, tapes, or records from your existing music system you have to purchase a separate Sonos device to connect your receiver to the Sonos system. For CDs the best way is to rip them to your computer where Sonos can access them. You can group speakers if you want the same output in multiple rooms or play different music in each room. Even when they are grouped you can vary the volume in each room. This is really a good system.
