I bought one play 3 a week later I returned it to swap it for a play 5 Has way more base! Then the following week went back bought a play 1 then next week another play 1 finally I bought one more play 1 ! I thought that was it !! but no got one more play 1 for the back patio best speaker by far made me say these are number one Bose maybe 2? Even the play 1 has absolutely awesome sound you will not be sorry purchasing these!!! The salesman told first time I bought one said you' lol be back to buy more !! He was right' would like sound bar next ? So 1 play 5 and 4 play ones for each room!

These speakers are exactly what I needed. I needed a wireless speaker system for my home. I wanted a system that could provide music to all rooms in my home without having to run wires everywhere. The salesperson in the store recommended sonos. I have loved it since I purchased it.

I added this to my current Sonos system. This speaker is located in my master bathroom. Small footprint and great sound make this an excellent addition to any room. The only downside is that the highs are a little flat, good lows - bass sometimes is too much, but with the Sonos app you can adjust as desired. Overall I am very impressed with the sound that comes from this small speaker.

I stuck this speaker in my garage as a add on speaker for my Sonos system. These speakers are very adequate for a extra room or shop area. Sonos lets me listen to all my favorite music without disturbing anyone else in the house. If they would just make a similar speaker for outdoor use.

The more of the Sonos system you buy the more you appreciate it. This unit does not have all the power some of the other units in the Sonos system have but we use ours in the bedroom so don't need a ton of sound and this little guy is small enough to sit on our night stand and not be a bother.

This is a pretty cool little product. Easy easy easy to setup and maintain. Like that is can play internet radio and my MP3 library. I like the compact size and the big speaker sound

I have 3 play 1's, a play 3 and a playbar and sub combo throughout the house. It's great quality, seamless, easy to setup and looks great. I love the Sonos products!

I needed something small for an office shelf and this was the perfect size. Setup was a breeze and the sound is fantastic! Ready to buy another.

This is my eighth Sonos speaker. The system plays throughout the house seamlessly. I can now control it with Amazon's Echo "Alexa". It's also integrated with my Spotify music subscription. The sound is as good as my ears require and I strongly recommend it.

I bought this speaker after experiencing it at a friend's house, and was VERY impressed. Easy to connect to over a Wi-Fi network, really great sound, and impressive capabilities for connecting to other Sonos speakers. Only disappointment is if you want to travel with it. I would not recommend traveling with this speaker. No Bluetooth capabilities, and it's not an easy process to get the speaker hooked up to the wifi network (need an ethernet connection first before wireless). Perfect for in-home speakers!

This was my second Sonos unit, after the Play:3 + Bridge. I found myself moving the Play:3 around the house, depending on what room we were spending time in. The Play:1 is about the size of a small coffee can and is the perfect speaker for the kitchen counter or bedroom nightstand.

Great sound and very easy to use. The sound is better with music than with podcasts, but a little extra volume and you're fine.

I have done a lot of research into wireless sound systems. Sonos gets high ratings from CR, which is why I bought the Sonos soundbar when I upgraded to a Smart TV. Adding the Sonos 1 to the system provides the best sound I have heard, and I've owned some fine components over the years.

We had one Sonos 1 in the house. It sounded fine. But I wanted stereo sound. I looked at many options, including ones from Google and Apple. I did not want a “smart” alwaya listening unlit. I did not want to buy into a closed ecosystem with no sub woofer or other expansion opportunities. The Sonos ecosystem was very attractive. When I brought the speaker home it was a snap to install and pair for full stereo. The two speakers together are much greater than the sum of the parts. This little speaker blows me away everytime I listen. It’s in our medium size master and sounds amazing. I got it a week before the alexia one came out, not I don’t care about the features, just with the play 1s would be discounted. That’s my only gripe

My house is a complete Sonos system house. I love these speakers. No matter what room I go in I hear music. I have music playing non stop when I'm home and when I'm not home I play soothing music for my Chihuahuas!

I owned the Bose surround system for ten years and wanted to go wireless and I reviewed the Sonos system. I bought the Playbar, sub, and 2 play ones and absolutely love it...I hear background sounds I never heard with the bose system...5 Star all the way

This is a great wireless speaker that allows you to enjoy your own or streaming music and fills any room with sound tailored to the room either alone or paired as stereo speakers. Small in stature but big in sound

The Sonos One is a wireless, powered speaker that’s easy to set up and use. The sound, while not as good as high-end models such as Audioengine, is better than many Bluetooth speakers. Don’t cheap out and get one speaker. Buy a stereo pair. Great for computer systems and bedroom background listening. A lot of product for the money.
