At 4700. I never thought I would buy it. But we had an external Samsung sound system with the old TV and it never quite met my expectations. This sound bar is incredible! The only problem is that the Samsung 4K TV remote wouldn't activate the sound bar. The folks at SONOS were very quick with understanding the problem and providing a suitable workaround.

After having a couple different soundbars for living room and bedroom we purchased a new 4K tv and decided it needed a much better soundbar. after reviewing multiple different brands and reading other reviews we decided on this SONOS. What an amazing choice. Especially since I am hard of hearing. The voice clarity as well as the BASS sound is excellent.

Had a wired surround sound system prior to this, Sonos blows it away with rich sound quality and volume! The best part is all i need is a power wire to the unit and the optical sound cable that's it no speaker wire snaking all over the place!

I have the bass and 2 SONOS Play1's that I use with this Soundbar. Combined they sound better than a 5.1 system I had using a Yamaha receiver. The sound quality is significantly better. Highly recommend. Downside is the cost. But it sounds great.

I am elated with this purchase. Use it every day for music, TV, Movies, streaming from the really nice Sonos app (Beats music, iTunes, etc). Use the fiber audio connection from my TV to this unit and everything that connects to the TV runs through his, including XBOX. Very happy with purchase. Sonos has all done a great job at updating the app. Latest version for the iPad is VERY nice.

The Sonos Playbar is nothing short of awesome. From sound quality to the means of controlling it (my iPhone), it's nothing short of amazing. I vacillated upon purchasing the Playbar due to price ($699), but I'm glad I treated myself to it!

Purchased SONOS for additional connection to a newly developed MAN CAVE and it is the best design and set up to go along with a tv set up that was purposed to provide minimalism throughout the room and quality, high powered sound!

I got the Sonos playbar for my new house. I came from a house with a large livingroom, that was pre-wired for surround sound. The new house design was not condicive to wiring, so I opted to go with Sonos. While it's not as room filling as the old system, it is leaps and bounds better than the TV alone, and a fraction of the cost of true wired speakers and a surround receiver!

The Sonos Playbar sounds fantastic both as a solo speaker system and in its capacity as the hub for a 5.1 home theater system. It provides very good full range sound and integrates extremely well into the sonos 5.1 system. I'm using the playbar, sub, and two play 1's to achieve an encompassing surround sound field in a smallish living room. I'm also using a stereo pair of play 5's in another room. The playbar itself may be adequate for the needs of many people, but once one dives in to the convenience and sound quality of the whole ecosystem, there's no going back! Just remember that where this gear is concerned, you certainly get what you pay for.

I love the title of my review almost as much as I love my Sonos. What a brilliant idea for a home audio system! Setup was easy and the sound is great. Very expensive but... Enough said.
