Sound with woofer is excellent. It comes in white which was a better match for my home than the black one. I have only had it for a couple weeks , but so far, it is working fine.

This Sonos playbase has been a great solution for me in the kitchen where I didn't want an extra subwoofer in the corner the built in sub works great and this is a good all in one option.

Sonos has to be the best sound system for a home. I bought this for my bed room and it’s great for partys when I have the sonos in the bed room and the living room on. It’s amazing for movies too.

The Sonos system was perfect for the large open area living space with hardwood floors. The wireless surround speakers are a blessing and the bluetooth system easy to use.

Love. All in one product. Awesome sound. Only feature Missing is Bluetooth but airplay replaces that and connects all airplay devices together for Exception sound.

This playbase sound is great and to have the option to listen to my music and my t.v. is so awesome. the sound is so clear and with my other speakers its so incredible. Everybody needs this product.

on it owns not sure it is worth the price or maybe just because I bought a great tv to begin with as I did not notice a sound difference between the unit being on or the tv sound being on but with the rear speaker accessories I love the entire system set up so take that for what it is worth, cheers

Fills my living room with enough sounds, it is such a huge upgrade from tv speakers, so much so that wife said our tv quality didn’t match the sounds.... guess we need a new tv. Darn! :)

Wasn’t familiar with Sonos before now but it didn’t disappoint love the sound and the connection to Alexa for volume control

Sound is incredible, but this isn't a simple plug and play speaker. Even when you want to start right out of the box and use the optical cable, you first have to connect to Wi-Fi to update the device. Wouldn't recommend over cheaper options that are just as good, if not, better.

Worked great for us due to space limitations and not being able to use a traditional sound bar. Actually, like the sleekness of it, and our TV sits on top of it. Sound is great too!

Fantastic Room Filling Sound. Way better than samsung soundbar that I returned. Only knock is the app is funky, have to play spotify through their app and the thing never turns off.

This is one of the Sonos kind which you do not need a separate Sub to boost. Just adding 2 play 1’s or Sonos 1’s will add to the 5.(1) effect though it’s not actually called 5.1

I love my Playbase. Sounds great with my Sonos Sub and now even better with a couple Sonos Play:1’s for surround sound.

Had to replace our Bose Sound System for our TV. Dealer recommended we try SONOS. He said it was a Bose competitor. Very pleased. The sound quality is great, we love it!

PlayBase really needs the sonos subwoofer to reach its full sound potential. Otherwise an excellent speaker. Night sound and speech enhancement really does what it's meant to.

The Sonos Playbase exceeded my expectations. I added a set Sonos One rear speakers. Installation was great! Together the sound system worked perfectly with my new Samsung TV.

This piece is my starter I can build my home theater of of it ,and it sounds great by its self. There app walked me through setting it up with no problem.

For a small setup where we didn't have room for a sound bar and subwoofer, the play base worked perfect. Excellent sound quality and uses the volume from the TV standard remote

I own many sonos products that are throughout my house. Great sound quality. Play base is used for tv on my mantel. Way better sound than tv speakers. Happy with purchase
