sounded great in the store but i could not find a mount that worked for my TV. Nothing against this soundbar just make sure you get a mount that works

I was troubled it which sound bar I was going to buy between boss and sonó but am glad these brand I amazing but set up was little hazy

Happy with my purchase . The staff was very slow to respond to attend to me . Young and poor customer service .

Sound is great but I ended up returning it because it does not support eARC (HDMI) input to TV. This caused issues with syncing my TV remote to control the soundbar. Convenience was more important to me than the overall sound so I ended up going with another model. If Sonos has any issues it is the lack of support for HDMI connectivity,

When it works, it sounds great. The problem is it turns off each time the TV is turned off but does not turn back on when the TV is again turned back on. Using the remote to turn the unit back has proved to be problematic. We have turned the TV speakers back on rather than fool with this problem.

Great soundbar!! Crisp voices, not much subwoofer. For me works great. Unfortunately couldn’t connect it to my computer.

Great clear sound. It’s amazing how it can change the sound of what you are watching. Even for the hearing impaired.

No ARC-HDMI, only optical output. Was half the size of my Roku Soundbar. Interface was on point as with all SONOS SKU’s. Have a 75” Samsung display and speaker just didn’t fit the bill. Would have bought the BEAM if I would have researched prior to purchasing.

Sound is very good in our bedroom. Set up was easy, except that it would not pare up with our TV’s remote

Great for the size of the room I wanted. Great upgrade form the TV speakers. Don't buy this thinking it's a full surrouind system bc it's really not.

Recently purchased the Sonos Ray soundbar with a new SmartTV for our home gym. This is not Bluetooth, it's WiFi. Setup was a pain and you're forced to use their APP. After first time using and setting up with our home WiFi, the sound is decent. You have to use the APP to control the sound volume (which is inane because if you are working out, you need one remote control for the TV, your phone APP for the sound). Not sure why you can't control the sound volume using the TV remote if you set up with that TV. The last few times we wanted to use, you have to manually turn on and manually use the sound bar to control the volume because the stupid APP would not connect to the sound bar. It is incredibly frustrating for the high price and headache because it's not truly streamlined for using on a consistent basis.

Dynamic sound for any room. Replaced my Roku sound bar with Sonos and we love it.
