Remote Control?

I didn't realize how much 'no remote' would matter to me as it turned out. You need to control it from the app which you have to download...and register...and...blah, blah, I felt like the SONOS company wanted to know more about me, gather data about me, than needed just for me to be able to use the app. TO SONOS CORPORATE SUITS: Please...just include a remote control and let me start listening to what I understand to be, an otherwise FABULOUS speaker system!

This unit does not have a HDMI out. You unfortunately cannot use an adapter either. Bluetooth feature only works to play music from other devices NOT your TV. Horrible flaw on an otherwise exceptional product

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you're looking for something that has connectivity issues and then can only be adjusted from your cell phone Sonos app, then go for it. A technician spent an hour trying to connect it to my new Samsung OLED 65" TV and finally got it to work....left, and then when I turned it on again...no dice and same issues connecting it. I returned it and will be looking for another soundbar

Not Compatable with RF tv remotes

I have several other Sonos products in my house and I have been very pleased. However, this scaled down, entry level soundbar lacks most of the characteristics that make Sonos great. The biggest flaw is that it does not use HDMI inputs so is not compatable with newer tv remote technology. So, you might be left with having zero remote volume function. That is simply unacceptable.
