Love Sonos! Great design, even better sound. Using in the bedroom, perfect size! Go bigger for the living room or basement theater! I also own other Sonos products! Had trouble syncing the remote with my tv, not all compatable, had no trouble with my other device, all tv's must not be compatable

Great little soundbar even without a woofer. My only complaint right off the bat was the optical cable was DOA that came with it. Plugged it all in and audio kept going in and out. Realized the cable didn't want to sit flush in either the bar or the tv, grabbed my original previous optical cable and fit snug and audio sounded great after that. So far very, very much enjoy this, went from a polk soundbar setup to this and sad to say the quality just seems to be better. Plan to get a woofer for this eventually, just expensive!

Purchased Sonos Ray Soundbar for a few reasons: 1) price 2) needed compact soundbar for corner entertainment center 3) better sound than some higher priced ones! Makes SUCH a difference paired with my LG tv. So easy to use tv remote to adjust soundbar volume. Plus, Best Buy had this on sale within (2) mos. of purchase, so I got PRICE MATCH !

The sound was better than I expected from such a small device. I really like that I can expand the system throughout my home/property.

Pretty simple to get going and connect most TV remotes to. It takes the optical sound cable and is pretty much plug and play. It has a night mode and speech enhancement for when you want to hear things but not have them be too loud. It is perfect for the bedroom with its more compact size than its larger counterparts.

So I got rid of a Amazon Soundbar and pick this one up at more of a gamble it was on sale and boy was I personally surprised the amount of bass and overall volume that fills up the entire room was so worth it

The quality of the Ray Soundbar is wonderful, however, it does not come with a remote, and only communicates with IR remotes. The new tv I purchased the soundbar for doesn't have an IR remote, so I have to use an app on my phone to control it. It also only has an optical connection, not a HDMI, which doesn't support Dolby Atmos, which is also on my new tv. I should have done my research, but took the suggestion of my salesperson. I will be using it on another tv in my house as I missed the return window. Great product, just not able to use it the way I planned.

This is one of my best buy in soundbars. I have the Bose . I like that it can be used by my remote and I don’t have to used so many remotes. The sound is very powerful for a small sound bar. Thank you Sonos

Amazing bass and clarity from this product. It connects to the app easily and reliably. I like Sonos for the ease. It went to our primary bedroom tv, no sub needed in a descent size bedroom.

It has amazing sound and the perfect size below my TV and I use it a lot for listening to music

The sound is very good. Easy setup and integration with Apple Music. I received this a day before my tv and couldn’t wait to get everything connected. It connected well through the optic connection and sounds great. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK WITH MY REMOTE!!! I don’t have a IR remote. Won’t work. I grabbed a old IR remote and that controls the volume. So I’m back to the two remote challenge. I’ll put up with it because I love how it sounds.

Perfect for creating a budget surround sound system. I already owned a One for listening to music, and didn't think twice about investing in the Ray to add to my living room. Easy set up, and sound quality is very solid, especially considering the price. Best feature is the ability to add more speakers in the future.

This was my first experience with any type of Sonos speaker. I wanted a relatively good speaker for the smart TV in my home, one that would have excellent voice, quality, as well as great sound for music. I leaned on the reputation of this brand and got an excellent price during Black Friday, cyber Monday. Set up was super easy and connected to my television and television remote with no issues the ability to adjust the sound for the room and utilize an equalizer was pretty fantastic. I’m not interested in using my phone as a remote but that is an option. The sound is pretty good I wouldn’t say spectacular but I also didn’t spend $1000 on a sound bar so, it was what I was expected and maybe a little better. The only problem I had was it is sitting in front of the television on a glass top table and playing the music at half volume caused the speaker to vibrate right off of the table. I am going to have to come up with a fix for that. The voice quality and music quality is pretty good on this unit.

Very good product and a good value. I needed a sound bar for my daughters TV and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. I was familiar with the other Sonos offerings but not this one as it is new. I was very pleased with the sound quality and ease of installation. In fact, I later paired it with a Sonos sub and a couple of extra Play:1's to form a home theatre setup. Very pleased. Just know, no HDMI ARC input like the Beam, only optical digital. But not a deal breaker for me.

On the Best Buy site, I looked at Sonos sound bars because of their reputation for quality apprehenively because of their reputation for being expensive. They were on sale, but still beyond my reach. They site told me they had one in an "open box" at a price that was 30% of its normal price. It was in the original box. After a brief reprogramming, perfection in my home office. Superb sound, well thought out. Optical from my computer. Both the equipment and service from Best Buy are exceptional, especially that they suggested a far better deal. Couldn't be happier

Definitely a great sound bar. You do have to purchase the sub, and the rears to get the full effect. I have committed to covering my entire house with sonos and have found the Ultra to be the best way to go. I just pray the company never folds and all my speakers become bricks.
