This is the eighth Sonos product I have in my house. And I have 6 in our second home. Obviously I love the products and the system. Unfortunately the newest product, the Ray, lacks something every other Sonos product has - that is voice control. I bought the Ray for my bedroom, where I watch little TV (so Beam not worth it) but often listen to NPR. My main goal for the Beam was to wake up and say Hey Sonos, play [my favorite NPR station]. Yes, you can get the functionality from the phone, but it's a pain when you've just woken up or are going to bed. I also agree with other reviews that no eARC/HDMI is nuts in a device that is supposed to be future proof. Sonos missed the boat with Ray. They tried so hard for a price point that they cut too many corners. My advice is splurge for a Beam.

I bought the open box in “Excellent condition” and it came like it was brand new, the box was pretty torn up but for someone that’s just gonna recycle it anyways, I would definitely save the money getting the open box.

This little sound bar is excellent! It replaces an old component system with Boston speakers and subwoofer and sounds much better all by itself. It is great for a smaller TV/room, but if surround sound is preferred, there are speakers, etc. you can purchase separately. Mine is in a mid-sized two-story room and it sounds great. I can now hear the audio on TV shows with no problem and music sounds especially great. I'm very impressed.

Like the sound but no remote. It is a hassle to set up. Best Buy store reps recommend this but leave out the fact this doesn’t work with many remotes. I chatted with a Sonos rep who assisted me with troubleshooting only to be told the remote issue is a known issue to the engineers that’ll be fixed. I see old reviews from a year ago so apparently this isn’t going to be fixed. For the price of this item it should have a remote or hdmi

I absolutely love it! It’s a perfect sound bar for our screen in porch. Sound is great even outside in the open air. It’s a great addition to my other Sonos speakers. I love the Sonos ecosystem and recommended to all if you are looking for a true whole home audio experience.

I needed a soundbar for my Sony TV in a small living room. My hearing isn't as good as it once was but I still want good sound. The Sonos soundbar is providing good volume and quality sound. I can customize the delivery to fit the different venues. I am ĥappy with this product.

I’m in love with this sound bar , it maybe small but it packs a full punch. The only thing is I have a hard time turning it off so what we do is hit pause and that works. The device work through a app and it is so cool. But the sound is clear crisp and bass is amazing I have a 86 inch television and it covers sound for me. A must buy sono”s is amazing product!!
