    The sound is excellent I just wish it came with a remote instead of the manufacturer directing you to add an app to your phone.

    Nice clear sound from this sound bar. Had to use a wire to connect to my tv. Could not adjust the volume with my remote.

    Of all the Sonos products, this one is limited as a sound bar. There is no hdmi option, and the only option for connecting to a tv with a wire is optical

    We have had Sonos system for 10 years. We purchased the Ray recently and it does not have the sound quality we expect from Sonos. My Sonos 1 speakers have much better sound. We returned the Ray and purchased the Beam Gen 2. The Beam is far superior to the Ray. We do not recommend the Ray.

    Wouldn’t pair with TV. Tried multiple times troubleshooting the issue. Eventually just returned it. Read that others had this issue too. Was a Black Friday deal that wasn’t much of a deal.

    I love Sonos. I have the whole setup in my living room but wanted something smaller for my bedroom. Works great and the price is affordable especially for the quality. Definitely recommend!
