Easy to install and works flawlessly. I really enjoyed the great sound.

Produces really good sound for its size. Good bass and excellent mids. I can’t give it 5 stars because it doesn’t have HDMI ARC. It’s optical only. At this price HDMI ARC should be included. I wouldn’t put this in a large room but it’s perfect for someone looking to get better audio from their bedroom tv.

The sound is clear and the volumn can be turned up so that I can hear it even in the other room. I had never noticed the low sounds like thunder that were carried by several of the programs that I watched but they were coming from the woffer and I had never heard them before!

Excellent selection for our family room. The sound quality is movie theater worthy. It’s a big sound in a small package. Simple set up through the Sonos App that you download. I didn’t know there’s a music component to the app which was a nice surprise. Can play music directly from the soundbar without the TV

Just when you think a sound bar couldnt get any better. This is small, compact and produces the right level of sound and tone for a small outdoor space. Movie nights just got a whole lot better

So far so good. I moved the Beam out of our bedroom and into a living room with more traffic (and for wife & daughter who were hoping to have Alexa in said living room). In the Beam's absence, the Ray went up in no time...easy as pie to unpack, plug in, and get going. Because we have several other Sonos products around the house, the Ray was recognized immediately, and as expected linked right into my S2 app. The optical cord-only option on the Ray is just fine - certainly wasn't a deal breaker for me not having an HDMI input on the back. I wouldn't imagine most folks buying the Ray and using it with a 75", 77", 85" etc. size TV. It's great for small rooms, a bedroom, an office or den, or could easily be loud enough for a workout room on someone's home. It gets plenty loud, and there's enough adequate bass here that I am going to forego adding the new Sonos mini-sub to this. This is a great, no frills, entry-level soundbar from Sonos and I'm really glad they brought this into their offering. I'd buy again, and like all other Sonos equipment I've owned, would recommend to family and friends.

Boight this for my pc and man was i amazed! This is by far one of the best sound speakers i have. Sounds soo clear has nice boost of tremble great quality easy to set up too took me about 5 - 10 minutes. 10/10 recommended

This is the cheapest Sonos sound bar and I bought this to replace a BOSE soundbar in one of our bedrooms. It is a big step up from the BOSE (both about the same cost in fact). It is quite small so doesn’t overpower the room visually (wife friendly) but yet still delivers decent bass and great vocal quality.

I'll start out with, yes, it sounds good, especially for the size. It has deep, rich sounds for a tiny box without a subwoofer. But I returned it anyway. There were too many flaws with this system. It's only optical, which would be fine if this system had a remote, but it doesn't. It has the feature to connect it to your existing remote, which would be great except it only works with infrared (IR) remotes and not radio frequency (RF) remotes. The app tells you that if your remote works while covering the end of it, it won't work, and my TV uses RF (which is better anyway). So what can you do? You use their 2.9-star rated (Android) app that messed with my phone and even my car stereo. Even if the app is 5 stars, I don't want to use my phone to adjust the volume. I swapped mine out for the Samsung 650B, which was only $10 more on sale than Sonos Ray which was also on sale. the 650B is worlds better.

I am a frequent Sonos fan. Bought the Ray for our sunroom to add to our system. Mounted above the sliding glass door and it fills our sunroom with great stereo sound. It is amazing the quality and bass from such a small unit!!!

This sound bar is excellent, compared to other stuff at a similar price range I like the sound more, it fills a room pretty well (we have it in a living room with big vaulted ceilings) and had a pretty good balance, like it’s not going to make the floors rumble with its bass but everything is present. This thing works flawlessly though, I never have an issue with airplay and it’s always super quick and easy to play something. It’s far less cumbersome than other sound bars, the so is is just ready to play always. I will say I bought a Sonos one first but there was definitely something wrong with that particular unit because it kept disconnecting, I returned it and got thr ray and it’s been fantastic. I bought a roam afterwards as well and I have that in my other room and they always play in sync. I’m definitely sold on the sonos system

The sound from this little bar.... listening to this in the store on display does not give it justice. Needed a small bar for my main tv. paired it with 2 older Sonos Play 1's and the 5.1 surround is perfect. For their low end "budget", sonos really did well by this product. super happy. adding a mini sub here soon!

Great sounding compact sound bar for the price! It fits very nicely on the TV console and has really good sound for music. The only thing to watch out for is if you have a remote that is compatible with it as it does not have it's own remote for changing the volume.

I was originally going to buy a bose soundbar but the sakesman this sonos and it sounded great on the sales floor so i decided to buy it. Surprisingly, it's better than i thought. It has deep bass fire movies, and if your watching regular tv shows it has an option to focuscon the voices. It also has a night mode which lowers the loud sounds. Great soundbar of you live in an apartment. Woukd definetly recommend!!

Great sound, and looks good too with only one wire that plugs it in. It fills up the room well. The only issue I have is I am having a hard time connecting it to my “one” that I just got for total surround. I can’t seem to pair my tv remote to work with both.

The Ray speaker is a good alternative if you want to boost your audio experience in a secondary room. I hook up the ray where my kids tv is located. Also, with airplay 2, I'm able to stream music all over the house, thus no unsoundable spot now for a good price.

The Sonos sound bar met our expectations. We placed this in our living room, which is on the smaller side; the sound bar delivers the expected quality sound. It was very easy to set up, and we were about to get our remote to work with the Sonos without issue. Having the app is also a nice perk. I recommend this sound bar for the price you pay.
