To be fair, the sound was great. It was, however, too complicated for the person for whom it was intended. It is controlled through an app on the phone. Too much tech at once with phone and two remote controls (tv)! Turns out the sound from the new tv was perfectly fine on its own. Returned this item. If you know how to use it, however, the sound is excellent.

Great soundbar for small spaces with a lot of punch. Only thing I wish it had different was the ability to sync volume to remote control. I have to either use the app on my phone to control volume or use the buttons on the top of the soundbar. Also have been having some issues now and then with the app pulling up my sound system. WiFi and Bluetooth on but doesn’t always pull up the info right away which can be frustrating since that’s the only way I can turn the volume up or down. Apart from the small issues with the volume, great product from Sonos with good quality.

I purchased my first SONOS Stereo for my master bedroom approximately 3 years ago. I was so impressed with the sound and ease of setting up that I have added a system in my living room, office and guest bedroom. Quality, performance, and price totally sold me. Highly recommend the SONOS Stereo system. Used to be a Bose guy, not so much anymore

It works seamlessly with the TV speakers. The dialogue enhancements feature improves the tv watching. The sound quality is excellent.

It sounds good real good. We are still figuring out how it communicates with our TV, because sometimes comfortable level is at 25 and sometimes it's at 99? Last week it's been consistently at 25, I don't know how, but is good. We are happy.

Have Sonos through out the house, adding a small bourbon tasting room, perfect for new TV

On the Best Buy site, I looked at Sonos sound bars because of their reputation for quality apprehenively because of their reputation for being expensive. They were on sale, but still beyond my reach. They site told me they had one in an "open box" at a price that was 30% of its normal price. It was in the original box. After a brief reprogramming, perfection in my home office. Superb sound, well thought out. Optical from my computer. Both the equipment and service from Best Buy are exceptional, especially that they suggested a far better deal. Couldn't be happier

Good easy setup through wifi no bluetooth needed !!

Easy to install. Although I didn't realize at first it had to connect to HDMI ARC, not regular HDMI. But works great.

I bought this for my mom who is nearly deaf and wears hearing aides. She no longer complains about not hearing people speak while watching her favorite shows! And I no longer have to suffer through listening to a very loud TV. It was worth every penny! No complaints, just plugged it in and started to enjoy watching tv again.

Great little sound bar. I love that it connects with my other Sonos products. Great sound and the bass is actually pretty good for such a small speaker.

I like the clear sound. It's great if you normally have to put on closed captioning because the sound is muffled. Sonos sound is crisp and clear. However, I wish it came with a remote to raise and lower the volume rather than using the app on the phone.

Good, basic soundbar, and has very good sound quality. We had a BOSE Soundbar, a competitive model to this Sonos and the Sonos is far better in our opinion

Bought this soundbar as an open box for $100 during the holidays. Ive had a sonos system for awhile now and didnt really think of adding to it until i found this great deal. I have it set up in my bedroom and its more than enough power and sound. It wasnt the easiest to setup due to the ongoing app issues but its been working great once connected. Not having a remote takes some time to get use to but not a dealbreaker for me. I have no complaints about the overall sound (tv or music). Ppl say adding a mini sub will dramatically increase the experience but its not necessary for my setup.

I’m in love with this sound bar , it maybe small but it packs a full punch. The only thing is I have a hard time turning it off so what we do is hit pause and that works. The device work through a app and it is so cool. But the sound is clear crisp and bass is amazing I have a 86 inch television and it covers sound for me. A must buy sono”s is amazing product!!

It’s great, perfect sound no trembling and still has base without having to have a subwoofer or any other speakers and it’s loud would recommend
