It sounds good real good. We are still figuring out how it communicates with our TV, because sometimes comfortable level is at 25 and sometimes it's at 99? Last week it's been consistently at 25, I don't know how, but is good. We are happy.

Doing "research" for this product, many would ding it because they would compare it to the Beam, Arc or to other sounders of higher value. If you're looking at this, you're on a "budget", want something thats better than your TV speakers and not looking for something "fancy". If you want all those things, look at the Arc or Beam. I have this for my room and it makes the sound SOOOO much better. Vocals are good and there is some good details along with it too. Audio doesn't go up and down as bad as with some other sound bars. I would recommend this to anyone needing a sound bar for a small to medium-ish room, and not looking for something with tons of bells and whistles. This is a good product, if you want Great, look at the beam...

The sound was amazing, but I didn't have the kind of TV remote that is compatible for adjusting the volume. If it wasn't for that issue I would have kept the Ray...I returned it to the store. When they fix that issue on the next Gen model I will be purchasing another one.

This is one of my best buy in soundbars. I have the Bose . I like that it can be used by my remote and I don’t have to used so many remotes. The sound is very powerful for a small sound bar. Thank you Sonos

Great sounding compact sound bar for the price! It fits very nicely on the TV console and has really good sound for music. The only thing to watch out for is if you have a remote that is compatible with it as it does not have it's own remote for changing the volume.

The speaker was a tad but cantankerous setting up and does not work with Alexa. It sounds good though and I am happy with it. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like having to use an app. I do like it though if my kids have my TV volume up too loud because I can get on my phone and turn it down. Heehee….

Great sound, and looks good too with only one wire that plugs it in. It fills up the room well. The only issue I have is I am having a hard time connecting it to my “one” that I just got for total surround. I can’t seem to pair my tv remote to work with both.

Not impressed with the sound at this price point. I believe I paid $299 at the time. Comes with no remote, no Bluetooth support and you have to use the Sonos app that isn't the best to work these. I wanted to build a nice Sonos system but it looks like Sonos will probably be going away soon.

Great sound bar for my father in law. Simple to use and stereo pairs with the roam so that he can hear in his chair. Surround sound sets did not work for him to hear vocals better. Wish it did have hdmi and Bluetooth

If youre still using your tv speakers, youre doing tv wrong! For one, get yourself a soundbar. And two, get THIS sound bar. It sounds amazing and is modular in a way that you can start with the sound bar, and then add things to it later like a subwoofer and tweeters.

Quality item there Clark. This isn't something you want for your giant living room, or basement den. This is for smaller spaces which is what it was designed for. It is used for small spaces or for outdoor rolly cart TVs so you aren't prjecting sound back to your neighbors. Smaller and more compact but still great sound.

Great little compact sound bar. Installed this in my moms kitchen under a 43” tv. Makes it much easier to hear when lots going on in the kitchen. Switches seamlessly from streaming music to TV and gets pretty loud. Pretty decent sound quality as well.

I got this sound bar for my girlfriend as birthday gift in 2022. Her TVs sound quality was pretty poor. Setting up the Ray was a breeze. She downloaded the app and setup an account so link her Spotify to it and I connected it to the TV. The sound quality is truly a MAJOR step up from any TV speakers I’ve ever heard. I have a Sonos beam at my place and honestly - the Ray can almost go punch for punch with the Beam. Since getting her the Ray she’s purchased 2 Ones for other rooms in her place and absolutely LOVES them. That’s the beauty of a Sonos system - start with one speaker and slowly add more when you have the money. You want a premium multi room setup or a surround sound system? Start with one speaker and slowly add the rest. No mess need to mess with wires, just plug it in and connect to wifi. All done. Welcome to the world of Sonos!
