Replaced older unit after it stopped working, easy shopping, geek squad came and installed has Great Sound, easy to use.

I like the product but if you buy an open box be aware that the Geek Squad might not have done a factory reset. I had that issue with this soundbar as well as another Sonos speaker I picked up via open box.

Bought to go with our new TV. Modern TV speakers really are bad. I was stuck between this and the basic Bose sound bar. But we landed on this one after listening to the demos. There is a lot of bass from this thing and the clarity of speech is great. Since most modern sound in movies and TV seem to drown out speech, we like this thing.

This thing sounds great, make no mistake about it. I have an Arc and the sound quality on both is honestly way more comparable than it should be for the massive price difference… But the fact that it doesn’t have an HDMI port for eArc connection to the TV is embarrassing. I understand that’s what the Beam is intended for but come on Sonos, don’t kneecap your products!

Replaced old Sonos Play Bar with this. Amazing how far the tech has come. This thing is small but powerful. And crystal clear.

Great soundbar for an apartment space!! The bass is solid and the sound comes very crisp.

Love the sound from the Ray. Bought it on sale and it was a great price. Rated it excellent value for the sale price. Value is average for regular price, but I Still love the sonos ecosystem. Would recommend this if you have an optical output on your TV.

We purchased the Ray to help with television sound output. Initially we were going to get the Beam but decided that this would be best because the kids might damage it. The Ray is perfect as it allowed to put it lower on the tv stand which helps to keep it out of the reach of the kids. It sounds great, clear vocals, strong sound, but bass is not too strong. We might get a soundwoofer in the future to fill in the sound.

Excellent sound quality. We bought it to replace a JBL that broke after only a few months. This one was recommended and we are very pleased.

Easy to set up, sounds good for the bedroom TV, added rear SONOS and now in stereo

The sound systems has wonder sound but I am not able to control with the remote can only use my phone.

THis sound bar is a game changer for my new TV! THe set up and the app are easy to setup and use. I especially like the fact that I can stream my audio content from my devices to the sound bar. It has almost negated the need for having a separate stereo system, but not quite. I also like the fact that the current TV and sound bar technology has reduced the amount of cable barf needed to hook things up.

I love the sound of Sonos speakers!!! I have 3 different kinds and they all sound fabulous! And so easy to use!

This Ray soundbar is amazing i feel as if im part of the movie especially with True play tuning.

Low price, the clarity of the vocals is very impressive. Thumbs up, good job. I would recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a decent, high quality sound bar.

Nice sound but requires a different remote to control on/off and volume instead of the new samsung remote.

Very easy to manage in the app but the only con I have is have to adjust the volume in the app everytime. My tv remote is compatible with the speaker and I followed all the steps but it will not work.

Bought as an open-box model from the BB outlet. Could not be more pleased with the product and the way it sounds in a small room. And a great price
