Shopping was very easy. The only thing that was confusing was delivery. They scheduled 2 separate, 1 for pickup and the other for installation an hours apart. But that was made easy by the installer who called and told the scheduler he’ll pick up and dispose the old TV at the same time he delivers it.

However my wife didn't like it because you can only use if you are using the Sonos App... It would be nice to just pair via Bluetooth and be good to go!

Great Entry Level to SONOS

Audio is crisp and 100x better than audio directly from the tv, and great for a sound bar in this price range.

Small size but Big Audio!

She called me over to set it up after she got it for Christmas but it was extremely easy to set up. So easy that she felt guilty about calling me over for it. Lol! But anything for mom.

I have a Sonos Arc with sub woofer and the Ray does not provide that depth. That said it is super for the room I have it in and voices are very clear.

The sound quality is movie theater worthy. It’s a big sound in a small package. Simple set up through the Sonos App that you download. I didn’t know there’s a music component to the app which was a nice surprise. Can play music directly from the soundbar without the TV
