Great quality sound bar for average size room

By itself it provides a significant improvement in voice quality. Will probably add speakers and woofer at a later date. Set up was relatively easy once you get set up on Sonos site.

First, when connecting to Sonos: Twice it has disconnected from my phone. You might think reconnecting it is simple - but it required a call to Sonos that took the tech 25 minutes to reconnect. After the second time disconnecting, I don't have the bandwith to go through it all again so I just won't play music through the sound bar any more. Secondly, when connecting to the Samsung TV remote, the only way you can control the sound bar is if you stand directly in front of it within 10 feet. I would love to return this item, but it is too late!

The sound is great, especially having added two Sonos One SL speakers. Very highly recommend this great value soundbar.

Takes about 8 steps on the TV, in the Sonos App & on the Apple TV. Also, it connects with Optical cable instead of HDMI.

We have the Samsung one box hidden in another room using the long one connect cable. To use with Samsung you must change the remote from RF to IR to use with the Sonos Ray. Despite following all the directions and reaching out for tech support we cannot get the Sonos to respond to the Samsung remote. We are returning it. We love Sonos products and own others but for the Samsung Frame - steer clear for now

Posted .Hello, thank you for your review. We're sorry you were having issues with the Samsung RF remote. If you are back in the market for another soundbar, the Sonos Beam and Arc both utilize HDMI eARC which would allow you to continue to use the RF remote. If the Ray's price point is more ideal, you can program any IR remote, even if its not your Samsung RF remote, to control a Ray.
