This product has amazing sound and I’m happy with my purchase

Purchased Sons sound bar but the remote would not work to adjust volume. Had to adjust volume thru my phone. This was not an option so I returned. Staff were great in assisting me and directing me to purchase the Samsung sound bar w/woofer which worked great. No problems at all in returning Sonus and purchasing Samsung. Everything worked great.

Good sound I didn’t even need a subwoofer I paid it with my Sonos One

I bought this soundbar with intentions of upgrading the audio for my TV. Expectations werent high, and for a small bedroom it fits the bill. Best part is i can add it to my sonos system and control it with my crestron control system without issues. Great entry level soundbar.

Difficult to setup at first didnt know that i need to restart since it was an open box but after restart setting up was a breeze!

As someone who owns other Sonos devices, purchasing this sound bar was an easy decision because of its simple integration with the existing Sonos ecosystem. This isn't a top of the line Sonos soundbar but it still sounds great. It connects via optical audio and volume is adjusted using an IR remote. (I was able to configure my Chromecast remote to control the Ray.) As long as you know what you're getting, you'll be happy with the purchase.

I am surprised at the sound quality from their entry level sound bar. Set up outside in the patio and I am extremely pleased with it's quality.

The sound on this bar is really quite nice. Set up could be more easy to understand and instructions on how to connect it should be packed with the item. But YouTube has plenty of videos to help with that. The sound is crisp and clear. The mix of bass and treble are not adjustable but with this price point that is understandable. Still, it is well worth the money and its a very good unit.

Budget friendly soundbar. Best quality for it's price. Reliable and can be expanded to 5.1. Nice entry to the Sonos world

I was stuck between the Beam in the Ray and opted for the Ray for its price; I can’t say i regret it. This sound bar gets loud, and with the Sonos app, you can enhance speech volume for those stubborn shows/movies that like to have very low-volume dialogue. It can definitely be improved with the Sub and additional One speakers, but until then, it surely will suffice.

VERY IMPRESSED WITH EASE OF SET UP AND USE WITH MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. THE SOUND IS GREAT.

Good for music and clarity on TV dialogue. Not so good for uneven balancing of TV audio.
