Nice but Frustrating

Best Buy store reps recommend this but leave out the fact this doesn’t work with many remotes. I chatted with a Sonos rep who assisted me with troubleshooting only to be told the remote issue is a known issue to the engineers that’ll be fixed. I see old reviews from a year ago so apparently this isn’t going to be fixed. For the price of this item it should have a remote or hdmi

It’s a perfect sound bar for our screen in porch. Sound is great even outside in the open air. It’s a great addition to my other Sonos speakers. I love the Sonos ecosystem and recommended to all if you are looking for a true whole home audio experience.
