Hardware issues

Rebooted and reset completely and had issue with it seeing network. Support desk didn’t e en know how to resolve. Returned to store. Do not recommend since it requires network to operate.

We purchased the Ray recently and it does not have the sound quality we expect from Sonos. My Sonos 1 speakers have much better sound. We returned the Ray and purchased the Beam Gen 2. The Beam is far superior to the Ray. We do not recommend the Ray.

Buyer beware this unit is IF frequency for the remote. Bought a Sony tv to pair it with and the remote for the Sony was RF frequency. Sonos does not indicate this when purchasing...had to buy a universal remote to pair both devices. Now working perfect.
