Love the sound bar, we use it outside on our recently purchased television also from Best Buy. Love everything because we can sit on our patio now and enjoy the patio. The geek squad set everything up and installed and made sure I knew how to use everything, they were fantastic

It's not bad sounding, it doesn't get overly loud. However, our Samsung TV can match the sound bar, and more often than not, we just use the TV sound. IN addition, it DOES NOT have a remote included. The only way to really control the device is with an app on my phone. Again, kind of a pain. I had high hope for the device, but ultimately am going to replace it with another brand.

Not what I expected in the sound quality. Good for small room but not much on boom. Does not have bluetooth capability.

You can get better small soundbars at this price. If you want the wifi and other sonos features than this is pretty good. It does not get loud and can't fill a big room.

Excellent service and Geek Squad were very professional, provide detailed understanding of what was to be done and updated all IPhones, TV's, and other systems. We were exceptionally impressed with their work and how they assisted us in getting maximum value for each upgrade.

I've had this for a couple years now. Would not recommend. Overall the sound quality is great, but I've tried to resolve the sound cutting out every 30 minutes or so for abou5 4-5 seconds. I've tried to resolve with Sonos customer service numerous times, but it has not been resolved. We've tried to changed settings on my Sony TV, and it hasn't changed. I tried to give them a chance to try and give me a replacement unit, but no dice. I would give it two stars if I had any support from Sonos, but alas, they don't care.

Added to link our Sun Room TV with my existing Sonos whole house system. Scored a great open box deal so it was a no brainer.

Purchased along with 50" TV for master bedroom. I did not realize at the time that the Ray does not support HDMI, which probably would have made me reconsider. After wasting several hours struggling and failing to get the TV to recognize the optical connection, I made another 45 minute trek to BB and exchanged it for a Bose. Live and learn!

Uses optical connection which is fine but most smart speakers nowadays at least have have a usb connection of some sort.

Love everything about Sonos! Easy to set up easy to use automatically works with my other Sonos products. Wouldn’t buy anything else ever!

The worst sound bar purchase i ever made. Not only does it not have bluetooth for my laptop, i went snd bought a optical cable to headphone jack so i could plug it and watch movies from my laptop with my soundbar, and it did not work. The sonos app doest allow you to put audio from your laptop if its not going throught the app. If anyone knows what im doing wrong please help

I love sonos and it was good for the value. However I wish the set up to control the speaker with the tv remote was simpler..,

Sonos has great service to get you started. Called them twice only because I was looking for a little extra handholding.

I highly recommend Best Buy for all shopping amazing deals.

Fantastic. But It could use more depth. I know it is the bottom of Sonos' line, but I still expect a higher-quality sound.

We have three Sonos in our house. Love that you can control with your phone and transfer the sound to different Sonos devices!

Excellent sound! Trouble connecting my TV remote so that I am able to use with the Sonos Ray.

It is a good product just wouldn't work with the tv I got. Doesn't connect with the remotes. Works through your phone or top of bar.
