Was a little bit to getting working properly but after that works great

I got this as a open box and it was good. I like Sonos brand

Over all excellent service by the sale person and suggested the correct projector considering my budget as well. As per his recommendation product work awesome. Totally liked it.

I love Best Buy and the Sonos brand. This sound bar check all the boxes.

This is a nice addition to my home sonos system. I have 2 sets of these - one for the living room and one for our lanai (outdoor patio). Awesome product!

I love my Sonos just wish the volume didn’t adjust by 2s.

Seems at times not to allow full range of sound up or down. Expected more sound from our first soundbar. Buttons on top don't work for a while - maybe impacted by how was set up by Geek squad? Now working ok.

Has a range of sound that can capture all voices. Can change with out interference.

This is about Best Buy, not the Sonos Ray. They sent the product with a missing plug, three chats and two phone calls later, I've been lied to, given the run around, and not sent the missing part. All I asked for was the part. They offered a new Ray, then cancelled the offer without telling me. They then offered a full refund. Weird but OK, all I wanted was the plug. I said OK. They never refunded me anything. I was lied to in the chat. The phone was no better. Run from Best Buy.... Run as fast as you can!

I'm very happy with this soundbar. The starting price for Sonos items can be a little high, but quality is excellent. I've since paired this soundbar with two One SL speakers to have surround sound, and I'm very happy with how it has turned out.

I can't get the lips to totally up with the sound. The sound bar is more for music.

Bought this for a Christmas gift. Personally I would put in 2 home pods to get Siri, AirPlay and Dolby Atmos for a $600 price point. This is good to add AirPlay 2 functionality to a room but it’s not that much better than tv speakers for watching standard TV shows.

When setting up the soundbar, the app gets to the point where you need to set up your TV remote. When trying to set that up, that app consistently fails. Called customer service and they let me know it’s a known issue and there is no fix. IR remotes can not be paired currently, and you would have to use the app or buttons to change volumn. All I was told is “engineering is working on it”. So be prepared to pay a premium price and an essentially unusable product. Other users are reporting similar problems lately, looking at other . So for now, look elsewhere. Silver lining is you can get sound out of it.

Jury is still out on this sound bar. We've noticed since the sound bar has been hooked up to the TV's, there seems to be a delay in the voice syncing to the mouths of the people on the screen. We bought 2 sound bars, 1 for a Samsung TV, and 1 for a Sony Bravia and are experiencing the problem with both TVs. Don't know if we are keeping them.

This thing is small but impressive! I may opt to upgrade in the future for “bigger” sound but overall happy with my first sonos purchase.

Sounds great for a small sound bar, even the bass packs a good punch.

My bedroom TV sounds amazing with the Sonos ray! I would definitely recommend.
