The beam is much better if you're looking for a soundbar there is no hdmi connection only a wifi fiber optic and lan can't connect suroynds very disappointed in this purchase

Sonos has great service to get you started. Called them twice only because I was looking for a little extra handholding.

Fantastic. But It could use more depth. I know it is the bottom of Sonos' line, but I still expect a higher-quality sound.

It is a good product just wouldn't work with the tv I got. Doesn't connect with the remotes. Works through your phone or top of bar.

The worst sound bar purchase i ever made. Not only does it not have bluetooth for my laptop, i went snd bought a optical cable to headphone jack so i could plug it and watch movies from my laptop with my soundbar, and it did not work. The sonos app doest allow you to put audio from your laptop if its not going throught the app. If anyone knows what im doing wrong please help

Excellent sound! Trouble connecting my TV remote so that I am able to use with the Sonos Ray.

I was very excited about my first Sonos purchase. However, the speaker is NOT compatible with all tv remotes. The only way to control the volume is the buttons on top or the app, or I can buy a universal remote. For as much as this speaker costs why doesn’t it come with a simple remote!?!

We have three Sonos in our house. Love that you can control with your phone and transfer the sound to different Sonos devices!

Does not operate as described. Must be programed to work each time tv powers up. Extra speaker operates separately.

I love my Sonos speakers!! As a woman I was not very interested until I learned you could split the sound in different rooms!!

Heavy on the bass end but not great with high end. No way to mute during commercials :(

Didnt onow what i was missing. Only issue is higher volume the bass drowns out almost completely but i dont listen to it loud so its bot a bother to me.

We could not get this to pair up with our new TCL TV control device. The sound bar would work but you needed to install on your phone or our Dish Control. We exchanged for another brand.

Sonos makes excellent products everything ive bought from them! Yes its more expensive but you get what you pay for. Kinda like my weber grill.

The soundbar works great it. It projects the sound wonderfully. The only problem is to control it.

Amazing entry level product from Sonos. Would have preferred if there was a way to integrate bluetooth TV remotes with the system. Currently it only supports IR remotes for universal functionality

This soundbar was bought for our grandaughters home. We have had the more expensive version of this for our home theater, and wouldn't buy any other brand

I've had this for a couple years now. Would not recommend. Overall the sound quality is great, but I've tried to resolve the sound cutting out every 30 minutes or so for abou5 4-5 seconds. I've tried to resolve with Sonos customer service numerous times, but it has not been resolved. We've tried to changed settings on my Sony TV, and it hasn't changed. I tried to give them a chance to try and give me a replacement unit, but no dice. I would give it two stars if I had any support from Sonos, but alas, they don't care.
