    I purchased my sound bar sono since March ,2 2024,up to now I’m unable to pair it with my TV

      I am sorry to hear your setup and connection to your TV with Sonos Ray has been less than stellar. I recommend trying the following: 1. Check Connections: Ensure the optical cable is securely connected between the soundbar and the TV. The cable should be firmly plugged into both the TV's optical out port and the soundbar's optical in port. 2. Input Source: Make sure your TV is set to output audio through the optical port. This setting is usually found in the TV's audio settings menu. Sometimes it's labeled as "External Speakers" or "Optical Out." 3. Power Cycle: Turn off both the TV and the soundbar, unplug them from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in and power them on. 4. Audio Format: Ensure that the audio format output by the TV is compatible with the Sonos Ray. The Ray typically supports stereo and Dolby Digital, but not more advanced formats. 5. Sonos App: Open the Sonos app on your mobile device and check if it recognizes the Ray. You might need to reconfigure the setup in the app. 6.     Returning device. FAR too DIFFICULT to install. Had to purchase new device in order to get the minimum iOS. Then it wouldn't sync with my Sony TV remote. Consumer Reports says it's good; may be true...BUT ONLY IF YOU CAN GET IT SET UP.

    Died in less than one year, no support from sonos. Will no longer connect and just hisses. We have a lot of Sonos products, this one is garbage. Save yourself the trouble.

    I ordered a Samsung tv and the Sonos soundbar. Also scheduled geek squad to install. Well the tv doesn't have the infared laser cord connection and could've connect to the soundbar. So nothing got installed and sonos soundbars are being refunded

    Did not work with our new Sony tv (Bravia 3 LED). The speakers on the tv were actually better than the sound from the soundbar. Returned.

    The fact that you have to use your phone to control the volume is a deal breaker. Does not work with a Samsung TV remote. Ridiculous interface. Also, not a bluetooth speaker, operates on Wi-fi, and the sound cuts in and out. Would not recomend at all.
