Whent to your store and I was told that I only had 14 days to be able to return for store credit or money back. I will never go back and I will complain to BBB and you are going to see me with signs letting people know that are visit your store in South Beach, not to buy because yoi don't backup the products that you sell. I am retired and plenty of time to let anybody visiting your store that you don't care about your customers!!

Sonos Ray sound bar

Does not work consistently

Most days I turn on my TV and the sound bar works just fine, but at least once a week I turn on the TV and the sound bar doesn’t work, for no apparent reason. It is all hooked up and worked just fine the day before. I’m tired of the inconsistency and for the price the product should work every time I turn on my TV. I am returning this and would not recommend it to anyone.

Simple, Compact, and Great Sound!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a compact sound bar to go into a small living room and the Sonos Ray seemed to be the perfect fit. Note that the Ray has no HDMI port but does offer a digital optical connection which most TVs have. Setting up the Ray was straightforward. Not much setup was required, the Ray was up and running in under 10 minutes. I used the Ray with a 55” TV and quickly noticed the sound was a lot better than the TV's built-in speakers. I placed this in a small living room and the audio seemed to cover the area well. Although, I would not recommend the Ray for large living rooms. Small areas seem to be the perfect location for this sound bar. The Ray packs a wonderful sound right out of the box. For its size, it is truly impressive. The app does have EQ settings if you want to fine-tune the Ray’s audio output. The Sonos app also allows you to stream music over Wi-Fi if desired. Music, podcasts, and movies all sound amazing with this compact sound bar. The sound is clear, the bass is rich, and the lows, mids, and highs don’t seem to power over one or the other. If you require a compact sound bar that packs an excellent sound, the Ray is something that can be seriously considered. The simplicity of the setup, rich sound, and overall performance makes the Ray a worthy competitor to other sound bars of its size and price. I would’ve liked an option for Bluetooth, AUX, or even HDMI connectivity, but lack of ports aside, the Ray has been a solid sound bar for a small living room.

Sonos Ray - Do not waste your money

After watching several videos from Sonos and on you tube I was never able to get this product to work properly and ultimately gave it to my tech savvy brother in law who also had the exact same issues.

Sonos Ray is Garbage

Does not work with a Samsung TV remote. Ridiculous interface. Also, not a bluetooth speaker, operates on Wi-fi, and the sound cuts in and out. Would not recomend at all.

Definitely not worth it in my opinion. I can understand why you might want it for some applications - two stars.
