Geek Squad failed to do a factor reset

It wasn't until I did a factory reset that I was able to get the speaker to connect to the network. Minor, but very annoying.

Volume levels are tricky

It’s hard to use the volume buttons to get the sound level you want. Also the sound quality isn’t much better than Apple HomePod.

Pretentious and poorly executed

However, the user interface on the app is horrible. And uh, the interface on the speaker itself was beyond frustrating. I could never get it to connect through the app and on top of that, the volume was disappointing. Gimmick. Next.
