    The product died five months after purchase. Mine will not turn back on despite hard resets and charging for greater than 12 hours. This is a known issue with the Roam product. Highly recommend not buying this.

    The speakers would not sync together so I had to return them. There is a mal function at the app level per the CEO of sonos. BTW, Best Buy was great with the return. Shout out to the Little Rock local store manager + person helping me. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

    The sound quality of the speaker is great, but it died after a year of use. I called Sonos support and they only offered a discount on another speaker. No thanks. I don’t want to invest any more money in a speaker with such a short life expectancy. I won’t be buying more speakers from Sonos.

    Terrible speakers. Alexa doesn’t work. Very difficult getting 2 of them to connect in stereo EVERYTIME I tried to use them. One of them completely died within the first year. After all that, the sound quality was only mediocre. Entirely too expensive to have been such poor quality.

      Here’s how we can address the concerns you’ve raised:

      Alexa Integration:

      Ensure the Alexa skill is properly enabled in the Sonos app and that the speaker has been assigned the correct location in your Alexa app.
      If problems persist, try unlinking and re-linking your Alexa account in the Sonos app under Settings > Services & Voice > Voice Assistant.

      Stereo Pairing Issues:

      Both speakers must be on the same WiFi network and within Bluetooth range of your device.
      Check that both speakers are running the latest firmware in the Sonos app under Settings > System > System Updates.
      If pairing still fails, resetting both speakers and re-adding them to the app can help.

      Speaker Failure:

      A completely non-functional speaker within the first year may qualify for warranty service. Please reach out to Sonos Support for assistance with a replacement or repair.

    Beware of Open Box Scam

    Scam, they say they have one open box and take your money but then you go to pick it up and they say they don't have one and suggest buying a new one at full price.
