End of life unit.

This was a new unit on clearance sale, so I believe it had been sitting on a shelf for years without any battery maintenance. Returned without issue and did not bother attempting to purchase another or its upgraded sibling the Roam 2.

He was excited to set up, as he loved the Sonos hed already used on our porch. Tried to connect, we just got sent in circles. We both tried for 2days to connect, it had to be operator error (we thought). Next morning my husband called Sonos customer service only to find out, not only was it 20 updates behind and it was just simply broken

A few years ago, I purchased 2 Roams, and recently they both just simply died. Couldnt power on, reboot, nothing. So i thought I would take a chance and purchase a new one. The new one won’t even allow me to connect to my Sonos system. Per Sonos, Roams are not compataible with thr new Sonos app!! Waste of money and time. Do not buy!
