It takes more time preparing to use it than it does actually enjoying it. The battery life is trash, it doesn't connect to devices well, and the Sonos app is even harder to work with. For the money I paid for this speaker I expected way more but it has been a major let down. The speakers at Target are beginning to look more and more appealing and half the price. If you're looking for an easy to use speaker keep looking.

Kept Shutting Down

Battery drained from 100% to 50% in 3 days with maybe just 30 minutes of music playing. After that, it kept turning itself off after playing music for a few seconds even after a full charge. Tried factory reset to no avail. I hope they resolve this so I can buy it again someday. I ended up returning it since it wasn't working.

Here are a few tips to help preserve Roam's battery life: make sure you are powering down when not in use (hold power button full 5 seconds), disable any voice assistants when not plugged in, and ensure that you are charging with a 7.5W or higher charger. We hope you decide to give it another chance. A software release for Roam has been released.
