Great Product, but there are better smart speakers

However, this was not a great example of Sonos products. Other portable speakers are of better quality for much cheaper.

Sound is fine but frustrating controls

I would do a plug in sound bar if I had 500 bucks I didn’t need. For the price the speaker works for us. B T connection takes some patience.. holding down the back mounted button for just the correct number of seconds for instance. Also have to remember to turn off my iPhones B T so the speaker doesn’t connect with it before the speaker pair’s. Finally, finally the speaker plays the goofiest sound every morning and I have to turn the speaker off. Go figure this after turning it off when we sleep…obnoxious!

Good sound, terrible connectivity

It barely connects, WiFi or bluetooth, and when it does it takes a few minutes before it stops skipping and barely working. Most of the time, if you pause playback and then start it again, volume is set to 15% on whatever device you’re listening to. Terrible connection issues. This could be a defective unit, so I’m returning it and hopefully exchanging for a better one. Will update once I exchange.
