Known issue: Sonos Roam randomly stops playing

Our home has multiple wi-fi hubs. Occasionally, despite the Roam staying in the same place, it will try to connect to a different hub. When this happens the sound will stop even though my phone shows that it is still playing. This is a known issue to Sonos. While they are working on a fix, the only solution they currently offer is to hold the power button for 12 seconds and then turn it back on – thus doing a hard reset. Given that there is no way to predict when it'll stop playing music and the time it takes to reset it, I would not recommend purchasing this product. It took multiple calls with their support team to arrive at this answer. Sadly, I missed Best Buy's 15-day return window and am now stuck with a defective product. I strongly feel that this product should not be sold to customers until this known issue has been resolved!

Great for small spaces
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very clear audio but this unit is limited to what it can do. Use in smaller spaces. My only hiccup that I can find is the power button. It can be accidentally turned on by carrying it around.
