I bought a speaker really liked it. Now I bought a headphone too. I will support this brand's products a lot and recommend it to my friends.

I would probably give this more like 3.5 stars if I could. Don't get me wrong, the sound is very good. However, it's probably not worth the extra money for the sound. You can get something comparable for less money. This would likely be more worth it if you already have a Sonos setup, and would like to add to it. And, the battery life is horrible. I used it once for an hour, set it down for a week, only to attempt to turn it on finding out it was completely dead. It was fully charged prior to the first use. Sadly, I will be returning it for something else.

How something so tiny can produce such great sound is astounding. Love it - use it in two different rooms - it's so easy to move and use. btw, after setup I ditch the Sonos app and just use Spotify and Tunein on my iPhone to select/control the speaker.

The Sonos Roam is an awesome addition to the Sonos ecosystem! Superior sound from a small Wi Fi and Blue tooth portable speaker that weighs only one pound. Enjoy the crisp, clear sound where ever you roam!

Sound is great as most Sonos products. Had to go to the internet to find out how to keep the battery from draining. The problem was solved by reading the Sonos blogs. Turns out you need to turn off the device fully, by holding down the power button for 5 seconds. The battery drains in sleep mode and , when you go to the app, the device turns on without notice. Shouldn’t have had to look for the solution, should be part of the details in the instructions. I still like the speaker though. By the way, make sure you get the proper charging brick or it takes forever to charge.

Device is a bit pricey but for what you get I think the price is well warranted. I've had the speaker for about a year and a half now and it's been all over the world with me. Life isn't the best but the sound quality of produces is pretty good.

We recently had a Sonos system installed in our guest bedroom and wanted to be able to access the system on our back deck. This seemed to be the perfect solution for us and with a little help from our son-in-law and grandson, who set it up we now can enjoy music on our deck.

This is the best sounding speaker in this form factor that I have found. I use this when riding my bike, in the office, or as a laptop speaker system. It's a bit pricey but well worth the investment.

Great little sonos speaker. Awesome addition to the home audio that you can take with you. Sounds good and the auto truplay is really cool. Had a bit of trouble getting it to pair with Bluetooth and required a software update. This is my only complaint

I purchased my Sonos sound system about 9 years ago. Recently I purchased a Sonos Roam. What a great addition. The portability is amazing. I take it with me in my car, on the golf cart and have it with me when the firepit is glowing. I highly recommend.

This unit was easy to set up and connects with other Sonos speakers. The unit tunes itself to the environment it is in and has a big sound with rich bass. Only drawback is the power button on the back can be a bit difficult when powering down.

Great sound! This unit has exceptional battery life while still being light and keeping with the standards SONOS products are known for. Can be used solo or synced with other SONOS devices to cover an area inside or outside that was lacking access.

Sonos has developed another great product. We love the entire ecosystem and have a good majority of the products. This product feels a new niche for Sonos. We bought two of these to have as portable. One of our bathrooms is small and the speaker works really well for shower music! We’ve also had it outside and while the Movie produces better sound, this works much better for on the go. Battery life is decent, but I think it could be better. I’ll look for a software update to fix that. The look and the feel of the speaker is nothing less than the premium quality you would expect from Sonos. I don’t know that there’s a product out there in this category that beats the Roam

Sound quality is great. I wish using it optimally didn't require downloading ANOTHER app (the Sonos app).

It does it's job well! I keep reading people complain about the sound levels, or bass levels, or placement of the power button being poorly done. I disagree with it all. This things sounds excellent for it's size and does a great job doing what it was built to do. There is a reason almost every professional review out there ranks it the best in it's size category. I own the Sonos Move as well as have Sonos set up with full surround sound in my family room. Does it sound as good as those products? No, but why would it when it is a fraction of their size. If you want to get a really nice speaker that can fill outdoor space, get the Move. If you want a portable speaker that fills a hotel room up, sounds great on a porch or is perfect to slip into a backpack, get the Roam. You won't regret it!

I was skeptic at first when i bought this, but wow! What sound delivery from a small speaker. Although if you want to get better sound, i would buy two and activate the stereo mode. That and with the adaptive sound, a much better improvement.

Small, and easy to carry around with great sound and ease of setup and use. USB-C charging is great too. Feels very durable. I love that fact that you can fit this in your pocket if you want. Looking forward to taking this to the beach!

Smaller size than I expected but still has good sound quality. There is a flaw that SONOS should resolve and that is that this speaker comes on automatically every time you use your app to turn on other SONOS speakers (not ROAM) in the house, which requires you to manually turn off the ROAM speaker if you don't want to listen to it. I have had to recharge it 4-5 times but have only used it as a "wireless" speaker for less than 30 minutes; maybe I forgot to manually turn it off or it does not hold a charge very well.

The sound quality is great compared to other speakers in its price range, and on some of their rare sales these are the best you can get. The main selling point is the interconnectivity between their speakers, which actually works surprisingly well
