The Unit is not usable with Bluetooth unless setup through an app on phone or tablet and connecting to WiFi. Unit is a good size and feel, but really underwhelming in sound. I’m a tech savvy person and connecting this thing was a pain. I wanted to simply use it for a travel speaker for my laptop, but the speaker in my laptop have more range with treble and bass than this speaker. Really don’t understand why I have to connect to WiFi so I can connect it to Bluetooth the initial time.

The Roam doesn't give off sound and bass as good as the Bose Soundlink.

SONOS support leaves you with clues no clear fix. Will be returning and trying again I like the Oontz from A_Z more bass louder

It always chooses Wi-Fi connection over bluetooth which is a pain to deal with. I have to turn it off and on again in order for it to work.

We couldn't keep it playing, it kept turning off. We have other SONOS products with no problem at all. Very disappointed.

Posted .Thanks for writing a review. Make sure that you're holding the power button down for 5 seconds to completely turn Roam off, as it will go into standby mode and turn back on potentially if you don't.
