Posted .We're very sorry for the inconvenience. We recommend making sure that you're using a 7.5w charging brick to charge it. An example of this would be an iPad charger. Also, when you're not using it, hold the power button on the back for 5 seconds to turn it off completely. If you let it just fall asleep or press the power button briefly it will go to into a low power mode which potentially could turn the player on without you realizing it.
