Great little speaker Great sound I'm very happy overall

Easy setup, versatile functionality and great sound quality. I even took it with me on vacations. Without the expense of the other battery operated higher-end model they have.

I own several Sonos products and love them all! Roam is no different, this sounds awesome!

Sound quality is great. Connectivity was frustrating. Charging was frustrating. 50/50 if it worked, but when it did GREAT! Just inconsistent.

Good sounding speakers for the price. The Wi-Fi version is convenient and can be used for airplay.

I have a number of Sonos devices, and have had many of them for years. The Roam is a surprising speaker in that for its size it offers excellent sound. The mids are very clear and the highs are respectable. Out of the box, the bass is in my opinion over-boosted; I don't expect thumping bass from a speaker of this size. I think Sonos has overcompensated for the small driver. That being said, a couple tweaks on the app to lower the bass leaves you with an excellent, well-balanced speaker. I have a portable from another well-known brand, and the Sonos beats it easily even though it's smaller and less expensive. Highly recommended!

This is a nice speaker that sounds very good, light weight, and very portable. The roam works well with the SONOS app, but it only works with their S2 app.

Honestly i couldn’t complain about the experience with this particular product it just sounds completely amazing especially when sinked with other sonos product’s it becomes a party.

I like this speaker. I use it for travel, and the sound is excellent. The only complaint is that it is heavy.

After extensive research I decided on the Sonos Roam for a portable bluetooth speaker. Unfortunately, it seemed like it was backordered everywhere since it was released two months ago. While checking BB's website I saw there were open box - excellent condition units available. I've bought open box items before, so I was comfortable doing so. The unit arrived in three days, and other than the package seals being cut it appeared brand new. Setup was easy, and the sound is amazing for such a little speaker. While it is one of the more expensive speakers available, it is definitely worth every penny.

Sound quality is very good. Very portable. Battery life isn't very long though.

Sonos has always made good speakers and this is an excellent portable speaker that they have included to their product line. Have used it camping, beach and in the back yard.

The sound is good quality for a portable speaker, but not as loud as I expected based on the price. Also the battery life is much shorter than advertised (3-4 hours of play time) and there seem to be software issues where it cuts off without warning. I think we would have been better off saving up to much a Move.

I really was surprised with the sound for the size of this thing. Connectivity is great with bluetooth but sometimes I have trouble on wifi (could be user error).

Great little speaker with classic Sonos quality. I have been a Sonos enthusiast and i own many, this is just as good for it’s size. Recommend

I love Sonos so I was excited to add this for the house to move around with. The sound is great and the features you love with Sonos are in it. The downside is it forgets its network a lot and the battery doesn't last too long. Only buy if adding to Sonos system. Otherwise buy a good bluetooth...

We have the move too, but for the price and quality of sound, its a really good speaker. We alsp bought it with the google home integration and it works really well.

Big, full sound you'd expect from Sonos. Was about to purchase a Bose Micro because of the sound quality, and the convenient strap on the back, but then Sonos announced the Roam. We have a Sonos ecosystem in our house already so ultimately decided to try the Roam out instead. I wish it had a way to attach to bags like the Bose, but I'll figure something out on my own. The sound is as you'd expect. You can connect to your Sonos system already in place, or via bluetooth and AirPlay when on the go. Haven't tested battery life yet. But I imagine this will travel with us where ever we go.

This speaker is feature rich and the sound is absolutely amazing for a speaker of this size. If you want a speaker that sounds like the Bose mini, the JBL flip or UE boom go buy one of those cause this ain’t it. The clarity of the highs and mids sounds awesome.

I use my roam every day, music quality is great, bass could be a little better.
