The sound quality is good. Only problem is the bluetooth does not work well.

I was in need to purchase new portable speaker and it was in 25% off so bought it. It was good deal and happy to have it.

Excellent for the price and performance. I purchased this device and paired It with my old playbar. No I can connect my playbar to airplay using this precut.

Great sound, portable, battery powered and has Alexa. Best of all, I can charge it with my apple wireless charger. Works seamlessly with my other sonos speakers but I can take it with me when traveling and use it Bluetooth.

We bought two to use around our pool. I love they are portable so I can easily take them anywhere. Good sound and two for stereo. I wish it was a little easier to connect to music apps.

Sound is unbelievable. Setup is easy. Note: these speakers require the S2 app which is not compatible with older Sonos components. Contrary to what sonos says, S1 and S2 cannot coexist with S2 for the new and S1 for the old. Mine worked for a while and now i cannot get S2 to find the speakers. Sonos says i have to disconnect all of the old components (16 components in my legacy setup) and then setup the S2. Not sure i want to do that headache more than once.

This thing packs alot of high quality sound and base for its size. I'll probably never buy another speaker brand ever. Expectations thoroughly exceeded. I already expected Sonos to be good. But not this good.

Perfect little speaker (with powerful and crisp sound) to add to my SONOS collection. Easy setup. Bought the charging base to go with it. Grab and go. Take it to work and sync to my work laptop.

Great speaker. Love the portable AirPlay ability. Must be on wifi to AirPlay to it. But it does have Bluetooth for backup! Huge sound. And sounds even more amazing when paired for stereo sound.

This is the best sound from such a small device it is crazy! Plus the fact that it is sand and a little waterproof is totally amazing! I will have this with us at the lake and the beach

Difficult to use! Power button doesn't seem to respond. Took awhile to pair for Bluetooth, don't even know what I did to get iT to finally work... Sound is very good, better than my Bose and other portables. Sonos, pay attention to the functionality of your product! Make it more customer and user friendly !! Otherwise, people will see the reviews and ratings are just average or less...

Handy little device. I carry it in, out and around the house. Superior quality sound. Very very Easy to set up. Off/on and pause functions are tricky. Just follow the insturctions.

Sounds and looks great. I have other somos products and as always it integrates seamlessly. It’s a little tricky to shut down in order to save battery. However, sounds better than nearly all other competitors.

Easy to operate - great sound. Charging can been a little wonky and a little difficult to connect on occasion.

Great sounds and easy to use. Only bad side with Sonos is their app. Always outdated and not very customer friendly. The equipment is great If paired with other devices.

I now have had it for 6+ months. This thing sounds great but ergonomics are terrible. Power on/off button is terrible; never sure if the thing is really turned off. Easily could have put a slider for power off. Well why do you want to make sure the power is off? Because the power drain is terrible in this so whenever you need it it’s dead. Oh and the orange led is easy to see — it means the battery is so low that it’s not going to work even if plugged in and charging. Who did UX testing on this device? This device also doesn’t feel very sturdy from a materials perspective. When pressing the power button you end up depressing the opposite side which I can feel bending in. Can’t really hook it to backpack. It would have been nice to have a carry case for this.

The sound, features and portability of this speaker is awesome. I brought this to the golf course the other day and I think a couple of guys went out and bought one that weekend.

Great volume and portable. Battery can be a lil iffy but overall great bang for your buck

This is a compact, advanced, great sounding speaker. I can’t believe the bass emanating from this little speaker!

The Roam is terrific- very portable and with good sound. Just wish it was available at retailers such as Best Buy in the full variety of colors offered in the Sonos website
