Best Sonos would offer was a 30% discount after I shipped the product back to them. Have multiple Sonos products and am disappointed with this item's performance

Very happy. The only slight gripe is I wish the battery lasted longer.

Speaker quality is great but that’s about it. Doesn’t matter how great the speaker quality is if Bluetooth randomly cuts in and out and also have to reconnect and setup WiFi every couple days. On top of that, battery life is a joke. Boggling my mind to believe Sonos actually put this on the market. I prefer my $30 Amazon speaker I got 7 years ago.

Google is Slow - Battery Drains REALLY Fast

It's very delayed. Worst part is that battery doesn't even last a day, and that's after only playing a couple songs on it. There is something seriously wrong with this product; I'm shocked Sonos released it and didn't know it had such horrible flaws.

Underwhelmed and weak sound

This speaker does not live up to Sonos standards for quality of sound. It’s under powered and the music sounds like it’s coming from a small speaker. Besides the ap integration, I do not see any advantage to buying this speaker over a lower cost Bluetooth speaker. I wish I would have purchased the Sonos Move, that sound fills a space and aligns to the Sonos Brand.

Good if you are deep in Sonos ecosystem

I bought my kids the homepod mini and I had a UE Boom. All have similar sound. But the Sonos is the pricey one of the three. I have the Sonos Arc and sub. It works well as an additional speaker when sitting a little further from the TV.
