Least reliable audio product I’ve ever owned

If the battery drains while in this state it will not be responsive till a full power cycle which can take close to an hour. The power button is terrible as well. Utterly unreliable unless plugged in 24/7, and even then I need to fall back to Bluetooth too often since the power issues means my Sonos network can’t find it. Wish I simply got a regular Bluetooth speaker.

Posted .We're very sorry for your issues! Worth noting we have launched a software update to allow you to control the battery life experience. It's under room settings. Turning batter save mode on will cause Roam to shut off instead of falling asleep when not being used. When it falls asleep it turns back on when the app is interacted with thus seeming to have poor battery life if unnoticed. Turning on batter save mode should help with this! Thank you for the review!
