I would not buy any Sonos products right now. The roll out of the new app has been terrible at best and pretty much leaving the Sonos users without working products. I'm sure they will eventually get it right but save yourself the trouble and wait it out or purchase another product in the short term.

Really good sound and better than expected battery

I love SONOS but I’m still trying to figure this speaker out. I’ve got 2 systems and this speaker doesn’t go back and forth. Sound is really good.

I bought this open box. The clerk at the store assured me it was complete. However, it was missing a piece of the charging component, which we had to purchase.

The volume is not as high as I thought it was going to be. It’s difficult to operate. Seems like it gets stuck when pairing to a device.

Very clear audio but this unit is limited to what it can do. Use in smaller spaces. My only hiccup that I can find is the power button. It can be accidentally turned on by carrying it around.

I like this speaker very much with one big caveat. Our home has multiple wi-fi hubs. Occasionally, despite the Roam staying in the same place, it will try to connect to a different hub. When this happens the sound will stop even though my phone shows that it is still playing. This is a known issue to Sonos. While they are working on a fix, the only solution they currently offer is to hold the power button for 12 seconds and then turn it back on – thus doing a hard reset. Given that there is no way to predict when it'll stop playing music and the time it takes to reset it, I would not recommend purchasing this product. It took multiple calls with their support team to arrive at this answer. Sadly, I missed Best Buy's 15-day return window and am now stuck with a defective product. I strongly feel that this product should not be sold to customers until this known issue has been resolved!

When playing they are great, but too many dropped WiFi connections.

I love Sonos products. I have 3 FIVES and sonos one. The Roam fell flat. No bass response. Clarity was fine. Not blown away at all

First Sonos speaker. Nice sound although works better when connected directly to WiFi compared to when using Bluetooth. Outdoor sound not as good as expected but still overall a good speaker.
