Really pleased with both the Sonos product and the purchasing process through Best Buy. The speaker sounds great and can fill a decent size living room without breaking a sweat. Highly recommended!

I've owned several different portable speakers and the Sonos Roam beats them all. The sound is amazing. I was hesitant due to the cost but I'm pretty much all in on Sonos at this point.

Good sounding speakers for the price. The Wi-Fi version is convenient and can be used for airplay.

Replaceing an old bluetooth speaker. And the difference is absolutely insane. Sound is impeccable, connecting is easy. Would highly recommend.

Excellent sound! Can play from a Bluetooth connection for time outside your home wifi. Or, add to existing or set as a stand-alone speaker on your Sonos wifi grid. Gave as gift to my Dad who is technologically challenged and he loves it. This comes with a 6 month itunes unlimited streaming subscription that has just about any tune you can think of and puts him in music memory heaven! He loves this gift!

GOOD: This speaker sounds great and definitely works far better than the Sonos Move which often struggles to connect even with a strong WiFi signal. It’s perfect when you are far from good WiFi and it’s easy to pack. BAD: This speaker doesn’t connect to the other Sonos speakers in your network while you are at home which is unfortunate because it would be nice to add into your system while at home.

Great sound in a solid, small package. Small enough to take with you anywhere but great sound with strong bass to bring the big sound with you.

It was a lot smaller than I expected but this little speaker sounds great! Highs sound great and has decent bass . It pairs easy to by other Sonos products. I use it on my garage and my pool with the Move and they work great together. I even play it inside with the play bar , sub and play 1s for extra sound. I gave it 4 stars because it didn’t come with a wall plug. Other than that, it would have gotten 5 stars

Sonos has brought great sound to a portable form factor! In my opinion if you’re in the Sonos ecosystem the Roam is a great addition! I love the versatility of this little speaker caring it around my house to do Auden in tasks it’s been awesome! The power button feels a little cheap I wish it had a bit more of a satisfying click. I think the sound is pretty impressive but you have to remember its size. I think one Sonos Roam is not as good as a Sonos one. That being said it’s portable where the one is not. All things considered I’m glad I got it and it’s going to go with me on vacations and my future travels once were aloud travel for work again!

Loved the sound quality and expandability of the Sonos product line. I purchased it with the intent of using it as a Bluetooth speaker for music, video, it’s portability when riding. I was disappointed to learn I couldn’t use it as a speaker for phone calls and virtual meetings. I ended up returning it. If I didn’t need the last functionality, I would have kept it.

I bought this to "move" my music to dead zones where I don't currently have a traditional Sonos speaker set up. It does that job perfectly. Bonus that it is water proof for outdoor use. Wish the buttons didn't require two hands to (they are hard to press lost a star for this) but that might be a byproduct of the water proofing. The sound is good enough that I doubt anyone will complain. Charges quickly too.

I like this speaker. I use it for travel, and the sound is excellent. The only complaint is that it is heavy.

Easy setup, versatile functionality and great sound quality. I even took it with me on vacations. Without the expense of the other battery operated higher-end model they have.

The sound is good for a small speaker. The big advantage is that it is part of your Sonos system and can be controlled by the app. I was excited for the Sound Swap feature that passes music to your other Sonos speakers but it's not that simple to do and seems to be hit or miss with how long it takes to pass the music. Battery life on standby isn't great. You need to fully turn it off to save the battery.

Honestly i couldn’t complain about the experience with this particular product it just sounds completely amazing especially when sinked with other sonos product’s it becomes a party.

I’m a Sonos fanatic of sorts, owning 1 complete theatre setups (1 sonos , 2 Sonos Ones, and a Sonos Subwoofer), plus a pair of Outdoor speakers (powered by Sonos). So, when I heard that Sonos was planning a truly portable speaker (the Roam), I was excited to get one. The Roam is small with a rounded triangular shape. I’d say it weighs about a pound. I chose the gray color version, and it looks great. Setup was easy using my existing Sonos iPhone app and was completed using the phone’s NFC “tap” feature… the app guided me to tap the phone against the Roam, and that completed the configuration. Just a great little speaker

I have a number of Sonos devices, and have had many of them for years. The Roam is a surprising speaker in that for its size it offers excellent sound. The mids are very clear and the highs are respectable. Out of the box, the bass is in my opinion over-boosted; I don't expect thumping bass from a speaker of this size. I think Sonos has overcompensated for the small driver. That being said, a couple tweaks on the app to lower the bass leaves you with an excellent, well-balanced speaker. I have a portable from another well-known brand, and the Sonos beats it easily even though it's smaller and less expensive. Highly recommended!

This is a nice speaker that sounds very good, light weight, and very portable. The roam works well with the SONOS app, but it only works with their S2 app.

Solid product but the Sonos app is inconsistent…sometimes it works great, other times not so much. The speaker itself works well and produces good quality audio, whether over Sonos/wifi or Bluetooth, and the battery lasts quite a while.
