What a sweet little speaker! I can take it with me! I use it to listen to jazz stations all over the country. very cool indeed. What a joy! It's what I always wanted but it didn't exist...until now and now I've got it. Yay!

Absolutely love this speaker except that the battery does seem to run out quickly, even when it’s not in use.

This is a great portable Wi-fi bluetooth speaker. Sonos speakers have terrific sound! It was a perfect present for my son's birthday. It also interfaces with any other Sonos speakers you may have installed in your home.

This speaker has average sound for it's size...not a Sonos quality speaker in my taste!

Repeatedly stopped charging and needed to be reset to work. Now seems bricked and Sonos's solution is to buy an overpriced charger from them since it's a known issue with seemingly every charger I already own. If it only works with one special charger, they need to include it with the purchase.

Great sound but when traveling; the connection can become unreliable. Switching between Wifi and Bluetooth is not easy and often cannot connect with out jumping through hoops. When part of the home it works seemlessly, although getting it jump between your home speakers and back to the Roam isn't always seemless. Best to do all connections through the SONOS app.

I freaking love this thing. I linked it up with a standard wireless charger and it works flawlessly. We use it on the go and even in the shower lol. Best thing of all, it syncs seamlessly with our other Sonos products.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loved it. The sound is outstanding and was a breeze to pair with her phone. Charged very quickly .

I’m pretty tech savvy but have had nothing but frustration with this speaker. It’s not compatible with older Sonos products (ie, you need to use a completely different V2 Sonos app and won’t be able to easily stream concurrently with older Sonos speakers). An even bigger irritation is that the speaker comes with a USB charging cord but no plug—and a standard iPhone plug isn’t high enough voltage to charge the speaker. That took us a while to figure out. I’ll be returning this and getting a standard blue tooth speaker. Major disappoint.

The true portable Sonos speaker. The move has more power but isn’t something that is easy to take with you. If you are looking for a Sonos speaker you want to be able to use on the go, this is it.

Awesome speaker in a small package. I love all the features about this speaker. Connected seamlessly to my existing Sonos setup and sounds great in my outdoor space.

Love these guys. Now have four (4). Can take them anywhere I'm doing something. Deck dinning, gardening, or just a glass of wine. Combine with Move and base unit it's a symphony!

Had a Amazon Tab and it kept dropping out whenever using it as a Bluetooth speaker. This speaker sounds better and does not do that. It connects everyone i use my phone or laptop or iPad.

Good product, but I have a Move and wind up using that more often. Good for ultra portability.

My fault for accidentally connecting to the wrong network but Sonos’ fault for its software not allowing a factory reset or easy way to switch wifi networks. Tried dozens of times and it just keeps selecting the incorrect network, thereby reminding me of my original mistake and how it will haunt this $300 purchase forever. Also, power button lacks tactile feedback and the power light is so faint it’s hard to know if it’s on or off. Bluetooth connections work well and it sounds good for a small speaker but the network issue is awful and so it’s the only Sonos (of our 7) that is on its own network and out of sync with the rest of them.

The sound is great but the battery life in standby is not.

This is the perfect speaker to take outside while working in the yard or hanging with friends. We keep ours charging in the bathroom so its always ready to go and allows for safe shower tunes.

Setup took forever, Google Assistant setup never really worked but it seems like it is now? It's very delayed. Worst part is that battery doesn't even last a day, and that's after only playing a couple songs on it. There is something seriously wrong with this product; I'm shocked Sonos released it and didn't know it had such horrible flaws.

Sonos Roam lasted 16 months and then bricked--no longer turns on and warranty is only 12 months. Best Sonos would offer was a 30% discount after I shipped the product back to them. Have multiple Sonos products and am disappointed with this item's performance

I’m a big Sonos fan and have lots of their products. This speaker does not live up to Sonos standards for quality of sound. It’s under powered and the music sounds like it’s coming from a small speaker. Besides the ap integration, I do not see any advantage to buying this speaker over a lower cost Bluetooth speaker. I wish I would have purchased the Sonos Move, that sound fills a space and aligns to the Sonos Brand.
