I’m a SONOS fanatic, so there may be some bias. I have 8 in my house of varying sizes and ages. What I like about the Roam is the portability. It’s easy to move from room to room or toss on your backpack. If the sound quality is much more important than the size, go with the Move. It’s one of their best sounding speakers and it’s still portable.

Small yet mighty. So loud for the size. Love the look and it’s light.

Great sound for such a small speaker. Also works within the Sonos environment - I have new Sonos speakers it may not work with some of the older speakers like a Sonos Play:1. One wish I have is if the speaker could be more loud on the top end of the volume scale.

I love sonos in general. having this device to use at home as well as when i go out is perfect.

Excellent sound and easy to use. Just kind of hate how with Sonia you have to use their apps to listen to music over WiFi. Bluetooth helps but it’s just not fun switching over to Bluetooth with their one buttons scheme. Once you get used to it though,it works great

Full, rich sound. Outstanding performance and the quality is amazing.

Let me preface this with; I am a Sonos snob. This is definitely not my favorite purchase but I wanted it for travel and that is all it will be used for. It struggles with it’s bluetooth connection consistently dropping connection to the phone it is playing music from giving you a throwback experience (that none of us needed) to a skipping CD. It is lightweight, will rattle some shelves if you turn it up (so it definitely has that sonos value) and holds a charge for about 8-ish hours of continuous use. It also conveniently charges on my apple wireless charging pad so I didn’t have to buy the charging stand as it already has little silicone feet and also comes with a usb-c cord to also charge it.

Connected with my existing Sonos app and systems easily! Sound is perfect, as with any Sonos speaker.

I love it! Have two other Sonos 1SL speakers and the Roam pairs nicely with these. It also works well off my phones BT when I travel. After reading reviews on line, I noticed people complaining the Roam didn't seem to charge properly or hold a charge for the 10 hours as advertised; I had no trouble with this. I do know one must have at least a 10W power adapter for all of the charging to work properly.

Best portable product for home and outdoor use. Gets load enough for a small party and can be configured to my choice of smart assistant. I use Google and Alexa alternatively. And wireless charging is definitely a cherry on top

The Sonos Roam is a great portable speaker! It has great sound for such a small footprint. The best part and what separates this from other bluetooth speakers is the wifi capability. With all other bluetooth speakers, you loose connection if your music source (typically my phone), moves too far away. With the Roam you can connect it to wifi and it'll keep playing regardless of where the source moves to.

Small, but mighty. Sound is tremendous. Small enough that you can carry this with you. The many streaming services that you can get are a real bonus. Personally I have three services that I use a lot and I also useSirius XM radio. It is very easy to load the services on the device. The Roam is very user friendly. The white color just adds a bit of cool to the whole thing. I want to get a second one and use it stereo wise.

Sounds pretty good we will see how long it lasts? Replaced the old bose portable with it.

Great sound like all Sonos products. Easy to sync to Sonos system and or use alone with Bluetooth. A little disappointed with battery life as soon as I take of charger the battery starts to deplete even if I am not using. Wondering if it is unique to mine.

Took awhile to initially get the speaker to connect to my phone but once connected, has great sound for its size. The power button is easily hit so if you carry in your bag it turns the speaker on easily and your battery dies.

Amazing sound quality for the size. Perfect for pool or beach. Battery life is okay
